Only use the pharmacy here but honestly they never have my prescriptions in stock. It's the same one every 3 months you'd think they'd stock it after 3 years of me having it. So I was left without last night. And because it wa spit on hold they didn't order it. Will need to remind my doctor not to send my prescriptions to this location.

Worst customer service ever. They don't know what's on sale what the coupon if they continuously send out is for. Just the worst customer service ever. I will drive out further than visit this one again. Get better people to work for you or get out the damn neighborhood

Idk why they have bad reviews here. I know they are short staffed, but everyone here is really helpful. I always get service quickly and they seem to work fast. I get is sometimes messy but I honestly think is because short staffed because I do see them cleaning. Great store!

The staff in the actual pharmacy is so rude. I had an appointment to get a flu shot and the cashier girl told me to just get in the back of the line. I won't be returning here. -0/10

This the second time I came here to get medicine and both times they told me it will take more than an hour, I asked them is taking so long both time they answered:" there is only 2 of us, me and the pharmacist", it will be the last time I'm using this place, even if I have to drive to a different city or state.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever visited! The entire pharmacy staff is SO rude and definitely not helpful. The cashier never looks the customer in the eye and mumbles when she speaks, The only reason I went there was that I was told they had my particular medication. It was as if I was noticed as being a senior and no respect for me whatsoever!. I got my 1st 90 day supply. When that was ready for the 2nd refill, I rec'd a ph message that stated my refill was ready. When I got there, the mumbling cashier rang me up. I noticed the price was different from the 1st 90 day supply. I questioned the cashier and she knew nothing. Questioned the pharmacist and explained I paid $11+ for the original supply of 90 and why is this one $9+? She did not know. I said, can't you look this up? Come to find out my Rx was only for qty of 60 instead of 90. I told her I am to get 90. She said, 90 day supply? I said, no, 30 day supply - look it up an tell me what happened. Then, she told me she did not have 90. I said, why did u contact to tell me my Rx was ready? She had no answer for me. She said the med is scheduled to come in on Thurs (2 more days. I called at that time and she said it did not come in. I said, if I get the 60 for $9+, how much more will it be for the remaining 30? She said, I would have to run that 30 thru my Ins. So, you would run the remaining through as a 30 day Rx??? No, that won't work. She NEVER offered to ck another CVS. I requested her to do that and found out another CVS had the medicine. I told her to transfer my Rx to that CVS. I called the CVS who had the medicine and they did not see the Rx for me at their store. So, that Pharmacist did the transfer himself. What it boils down to is that this Pharmacist did not care if I did not have my med as she thought she could pull the wool over my eyes from the "get go". She and her staff STINK at serving the customer. I am going to call Corp and make them aware and NEVER step foot in this store again and will NEVER recommend this store!!! In reading the other 7 reviews, they won't wither.

I was hung up on 3 times after waiting 30 minutes to speak to pharmacy. We get 3 boxes of nebs a month. They claim we got all 3. We only got 2. So I'm driving to the pharmacy have a incident occur. I call the pharmacy at 10 minutes until close and they hung up on me. I call back and ask them to please transfer the script to the nearest 24 hour pharmacy. They are talking and covering the PHONE and hung up on me AGAIN. PHARMACY CLOSED. NO ANTIBIOTIC. NO ALBUTEROL. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. SINCE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS MEDICAL NEEDS, THEY SHOULD BE FIRED AND GIVEN THE CHOICE TO FUND WORK ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY CAN BE GLAD TO BE WORKING AND NOT CAUSING HARM TO SICK PATIENTS! SMH. YOU HAVE ONE JOB. FILL meds correctly with a smile and instead you leave people on hold for 30 minutes. You're rude. Then when they try to take their business elsewhere, you hang up on them just so you don't have to do your job! Your employer should choose to not to their job and not pay you... not give you a heads up and just terminate you.

Dirty store and not enough staff working here. I'm not sure if this store is in a "bad" part of town. It seriously needs and update. Overall it's not a bad store, it's just not at the level it needs to be. I came in for a knee brace and I've been line for 10 mins before they called for help at the cashier lines to help more customers. I don't mind waiting just hate seeing potential go to waste.
