Please do not waste your time with this place. They are unprofessional, lack common sense, lack basic business communication skills, lack transparency, add additional services without consumer knowledge, and overall just unethical business practices. Just based off of minimal interaction, its clear they gate keep some internal policy information to purposely create road blocks and have predatory sales tactics that rely on potential clients not being thorough. As you can see in the screenshots, I laid out in detail everything that Victoria had done wrong. Ethical business practices seem to be optional and overridden by the thirst to pursue a commission. Again, I advise you to stay away from this place for your own peace of mind.

Do NOT purchase from here SCAM likely. Bought a Ford Expedition from here. Transmission was bad when I bought it. Transmission fluid over heated the 3rd day of driving off the lot, we took it back to the dealership they insisted it was a sensor and fixed. 6 months later transmission is DEAD. 8,499$ quote to replace. When I explained to the mechanics the issues we had the first week after purchase and that we took it back to them they claimed a sensor. He confirmed the dealership deliberately sold us a mechanically flawed car considering they would not have missed that when I took it in complaining of the original issues off the lot. The Car Dealer was very forceful about making a google review before we left to get a discount …. No to cover up your scams behind a fake rating. So this is my true review. They are buying busted/broken auction cars they know won’t last and selling them like certified used cars at certified used car prices. I made it clear I was buying that car because I have 5 children and needed the space. And he sold me a car he knew would not make it past the payoff date. This is theft. This is horribly immoral business practices. A car is someone’s ability to provide for and care for their family… it’s not a game to make a dollar off of.

I had a an amazing experience. Thanks to the assistance of victoria at cars for all automotive! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process, from helping me choose the the right vehicle to making sure everything went smoothly with the paperwork. There's support made buying a car so much easier. I truly appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitude. If you're thinking about getting a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Victoria, their service is top, notch and they truly care about their customers, highly recommended!

Awful place, they cleared the codes on my friends truck before he bought it, check engine light came on for the EGR system 60 miles after he left the dealership, TPSM light came on around the same time, the plug for the front driver side tire halfway came out and spewed sealant all over the inner fender well and leaks air now. He now has to spend upwards of $3,000+ to get everything fixed. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
