Honestly so unprofessional. No one welcomed me when going into the establishment. A worker was basically hovering over me like I was going to steal something when I just wanted to go buy a set of pijamas for my son. I felt like I was being racially profiled and it was the worst experience ever. 2-3 workers there and no one helped, no one greeted, no one did anything. Seemed like they were more interested in their own personal life’s than actually helping paying customers.
I’ve gone in here separate times and the one only other time I got helped was by two associates named jackie and Merari I believe. Super sweet and lovely. Other than that I’ve had horrible experiences with the rest of the people working there. NOT TO MENTION I have a credit card here because I do shop at carters a lot. Now I’m either online shopping or driving 30 min to Allen because it’s just not even worth it. I recommend going somewhere else. Seriously don’t waste your time. These managers and cashiers only pick and choose who they help. 0% customer service.

Just an FYI this place closes at 8pm not 9 as stated on the Yelp info page. Love Carter's but unfortunately didn't get to go inside because they had the wrong hours posted. Carter's is great for quality cotton clothes for your little ones. When my kids were younger they had skin sensitivities and the only thing their skin wouldn't break out in was cotton. Have been loyal to this brand for a long time. When they extended sizes to Size 14 I was so happy. I even kept sending in emails for parent and me outfits and they finally listened! They also now do a photo contest so send in those amazing photos of your little ones and see if you win or if they will use your photos. Stay on the lookout for their deals. I enjoy their *up to 70% off clearance sales.

Both the website and the pickup email said “curbside available”. It was a PAIN to find the parking let alone find the curbside pickup spot. When I asked the store associate, she rolled her eyes and said “yeah”.
