Just an FYI this place closes at 8pm not 9 as stated on the Yelp info page. Love Carter's but unfortunately didn't get to go inside because they had the wrong hours posted. Carter's is great for quality cotton clothes for your little ones. When my kids were younger they had skin sensitivities and the only thing their skin wouldn't break out in was cotton. Have been loyal to this brand for a long time. When they extended sizes to Size 14 I was so happy. I even kept sending in emails for parent and me outfits and they finally listened! They also now do a photo contest so send in those amazing photos of your little ones and see if you win or if they will use your photos. Stay on the lookout for their deals. I enjoy their *up to 70% off clearance sales.

Before I started working here the times I visited it the service was great. Nothing but good energy . At my old job it was the complete opposite. I love working here and glad I found this job very helpful and love learning new things everyday I walk in to work. The people who work there are the best . And most of all helpful !

Unprofessional, combative, condescending, negligent , sloppy and carelessness .What does customer service mean to these people?I went in to exchange something ordered /shipped to store . I never received confirmation email, but had proof of order # in conversations with customer support in my email due to the issue.With not having the correct information stated above , i was told I could not exchange/return.The store does not have any cell service and I asked if crystal could contact customer service on their landline Or if I could use the landline .Keep in mind I had to pull teeth to get crystal to speak to me and she never made I contact and was very rude The entire time and was very obvious she did not want to assist.She disappeared to the back , came back and offered to exchange / return my stuff with a no receipt option. After her informing me that I would just get less back than what I paid for it(uh, no!?!?) I asked her again if there was a landline . She turned around grabbed the phone and slid it across the very cluttered (as always) counter. She then continued to speak in Spanish to her manager, which I’m sure was negative comments regarding me .After contacting customer service they were able to assist me and wanted to speak with crystal of the steps needed to be taken . The phone was on speaker , as I put it back on the counter informing crystal , she just kind of stood there to the point I had to say out loud to the lady on the phone that she is there next to the phone. Crystal then got 9 sanitizer wipes started wiping the phone ( still not saying anything to the lady on the phone , turned it off speaker ) and almost hung up on her after pushing several buttons . After talking to the lady (finally) she hung up , went to her computer and did not say anything or update me of the conversation or what was taken place for what felt like 5 minutes . She then proceeded to ask me for my information and was very rude and snippy , very unprofessional and will never mount to anything other than her $7 !?! an hour job.All the while the manager was watching and allowing crystal to offer such poor service , did not step in and try to better my support or service .After putting my returns back in the computer Crystal and I guess what to be manager we’re confused on how I was going to get the refund after they asked me for my card but I told them no, the lady on the phone said she was going to handle it on her end . Still confused , I then continued to tell them how crystal had asked for my phone number , address when she entered the merchandise back into the computer and by matching what I previously purchased and What she put back in the computer as stock items , that’s how they will see the return in my account to process the refund .She then continued to ring up my exchanges . I told her no, no thank you!!! No way I wanted to buy anything after the rudeness I just experienced or wanted to stand there in that store and be patronized any longer.Seriously !?!! It was like pulling teeth to receive some customer support and go a little distance to insure I get my full refund . It wasn’t that hard to call customer support and spend the extra three minutes of the day. Plus , you learned something new!! Although, I know that probably interrupted your social media time that you were doing when I walked in the door . Then I have to tell them how their system works and how I would be receiving my refund.
