First time coming here, not even 5 minutes in and Keisha who works there had the nastiest attitude. Mu husband grabbed a hat to show me and when he put it back I guess he did not put it the "right" way and this keisha lady was shaking her head and mad and saying things. She went and got a ladder and threw the ladder down hard and loud, fixed the hat and then took ladder really mad and shaking her head and starring at us with the nastiest look. My husband felt so uncomfortable he just took my daughter and got out. I went up to her and told her there was no need for all that and she just gave me attitude and was mumbling something as i walked away. Never coming back again worst experiencr i ever had. You should not work in retail if you are hateful and get mad at people touching the merchandise they are wanting to purchase. I hope nobody ever has to go through something like this. ?☹️

I’m a frequent Cato shopper, and a frequent shopper at this location. Usually spending $200 every time I shop. I came in at 6:50 (thinking they closed at 8 like a few other locations when you Google the store) however this store closed at 7. I understand that people want to get home and see their families, but I was in the store with another customer ready to try on and purchase and was told I could not try on because they were closed. And that they were closed because they close at 7. Yet I was in the store and was greeted upon entry and would have rather been told when I entered the open door that they were closed. Having worked in the industry for decades, I would have never welcomed customers in just to tell them after finding multiple items that our store was closed. They did have a sign that said they were hiring new managers so hopefully the training for new leaders will include the basics of customer service.

I’ve tried on clothes on many occasions and it’s just sad that they don’t carry my size. I’m normally a size small but everything runs very big.

I've been wanting to try this place and today I finally did. Really liked it! Store was smaller than I thought it would be but they have a great selection of my fave styles. Good prices. Picked up a funky sweater and a blouse. Store is clean and lots of mirrors plus two huge mirrors in the middle of the store. Fitting rooms are nice but are super cold. Brrrr! They also have a decent selection of jewelry. They have all sizes. Staff is friendly and engaging. Parking is convenient too. I plan to return.

The ladies are helpful even with a transgirl like me. When the dressing rooms were available I was welcomed to try on what I liked. Trendy fashions for the plus size gal. I would like to see more of the junior and petite fashions available in plus size. Bras go to 44dd and underwear up to 3xl. Dresses, tops, and skirts go up to 26/28. My favorite store!

Went into Cato in Garland a couple a week ago Sunday and the 2 employees were extremely rude - I’m not sure if they were fixing to take a break or what and not sure if they know about sound travel but both were talking and one said quite moving and touching my clothes in and h rack - I said are king song and walk out the door —
