Not a parent, but whoever drives the van picking kids up from Southgate Elementary, drives right thru the stop sign. Slows down, but it is a STOP sign, not a slow down sign.

LOVE THIS DAYCARE!! Why you may ask, because when I was a teen mom in high school, they took care of my oldest and middle child so well that my kids both loved the hugs and positive energy, and the smiles. Then now as of like two weeks ago my granddaughter is now coming to the daycare I took her mother too. I can tell you 100% that I feel safe with my granddaughter being here. Thank you Ms. Tereasa and Ms. Tina , the staff for a great team work. :)

This place is horrible!!! For months myKids complained about the other kids in the daycare/teachers. I would talk to the director Tina & she would not talk to the kids (favoritism) it calmed down for a bit toll she started asking for payments for often that the agreement we had. They remodeled the place & tried to rip us off saying we still had a balance after we paid out past due balance. Didn’t even tell me to my face or called my husband but asked me to ask my husband to call her just to tell him he had to pay more. Why didn’t she say that in the Morning during drop off. This place is really racist. If tour kids are Hispanic or yourself… don’t take your kids there. They will rip you off for your race.

All 4 of my kids have been going to Centerville Learning Center their whole lives, meaning they have been from the baby room up to the schooler rooms. I love each and every one of those teachers like family & couldn’t image my kids being anywhere else.

3 partial months later and almost the entire time being asked or nudged of when I was going to put my son on medication for an undiagnosed problem (to continue watching him). I asked for one more week of care because it was NEVER written on paper or agreed that this would be his last week and I recieved no sympathy from Teresa or anyone else. "For his teachers sake this needs to be his last week" - teresaWell what about my child sake? what about the education and wellbeing of the other children?I explained my son's situation from the previous daycare he was in and she was extremely sympathetic then, but then turns around and does the same thing.Makes my 5yr old go to the 2-3 age room, never called me for when they are having hard days with him (I told them call me whenever they need to)Can I come and watch my son to see his behavior?yes (I take the day off and they dont have the resources to set anything up of that nature)

I love it here! Moving to a new area and I passed by this daycare and the staff was very friendly and loving. I have not had any issues and my kids love the staff they always arrive hugging Ms Tina. There was once an issue with my son and another boy and that was easily solved in a very professional and caring manner. I really appreciate all they do for all the children and the patience they have.

My 3yr old started there earlier this week and so far so good. The staff & her teacher are really nice! I'm really happy this is working out for us. Keep it up CLC! :)

Had a bad experience with this daycare. The place smells like urine, no calls or incident reports given when something happens during the day. Wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

My children stayed here for years. They are all grown up with babies of there own now. They still talk about Ms Tersa and Ms Tina and all the good times they had.

Any parents hardest decision seems to be about childcare but the staff here have been so supportive not only with my children (2 and 4 years old) but also with us as parents. They are wonderful, kind, and very knowledgeable. It is a comfort to know that they have been working together for years and the teamwork shows. I could not have been any more blessed to have found a safe place for my babies. Thank y'all so very much!

Director Teresa Jones is very rude and unprofessional. My children went there for one week and 2 days. I didn't have my payment in on Monday and she went off on my child's father in front of my children and other parents. She then told him that I could call if I had any questions. I called and explained to her that we both started new jobs and will be getting paid Thur she stated to me that we were irresponsible and to not bring the children back until we had some money for her. When we first enrolled the children we were given paperwork about the center that stated that tuition was due on Monday of every week and there would be a added late fee if it was paid after Wed. I mentioned that to Teresa and she told me she already told me not to bring the children until I had money for her.

My children have been going there for five years, since they were just babies. The staff is very well attentive and provides a loving, Christian based environment. My children are now academically far above average in Garland ISD, after attending their development and pre-K programs. I checked all daycare providers in the area, and Centerville was the best. Ms. Teresa James is an excellent director. She communicates well and cares for all children. She is known and respected by all neighboring schools.
