I arrived at 3:50PM for my appointment at 4:00PM. By the time I got to there, the doors were locked and the employees were leaving. This branch is poorly managed.

This is the worst bank I've been to!!! I had an appointment and they told me that the lady, Pricilla Mejicanos, that I had it with didn't check her schedule that morning, and so she took her lunch break.They told me if I wanted to follow through with my appointment, that i had to wait 20 min for her to finish her lunch. They wont attend you without an appointment, and apparently they wont attend you with one!! What a joke!!

I don't recommend using this branch or Chase in general. I have several accounts , { personal and business } and dread going in person to my closest branch in Garland. I am 60 years old and remember the service most banks had before online banking. It is like night and day. Yes they know my name and greet me when I walk in but their favorite word seems to be NO you can`t do that now, try it online. I am pleased with the web site but don`t expect any help from any account representative.

The WORST customer service ever. If I could give ZERO star I would do it. Today, 1/5/2018, at 10AM, I called to ask about my account. I talked to a lady (Stacy, Kasey, or similar sound) in a nice way but she talked to me so rude. She needs to be TRAINED to LEARN about customer service before she starts her job. I never get that rude from any Chase I've been. I came to this Chase a few times in person. Most of them are nice, accept the girl with curly hair who speaks Spanish working at the desk is very RUDE. I forgot her name. I don't know they both are same girl or not. Anyway I'm not happy with the service. Also I saw many bad reviews about your customer services too. I think the manager had better do something with this issue to please their customers.
