DO NOT VISIT IF YOU ARE HISPANIC. They will not cut you a break if there is a language barrier and will act disgusted if you do not speak English. Although they’re hispanic themselves.

We just left this location, my mom decided to check in her paycheck . The rude unprofessional middle eastern clerk looked at my mother in a very judgmental way And quoted “this is how much YOU get paid” . You all need to learn how to not question or judge a persons appearance. And work on your customer service skills

Had an interaction with this location today that was unnecessarily a rude and condescending one. I simply called to ask if they had a coin machine for transferring loose change into cash. Lady on the other end said they didn't and disgustingly continued that no bank (including outside of chase Bank) would have a coin machine. Not true.. I've been to plenty of banks that do. Whoever this lady was needs an attitude adjustment. Don't make people feel stupid for asking a simple question.

Very bad service, there were two representatives available and neither wanted to assist us. One told the other to take care of us and vice versa!!!
I would open a checking/savings account but with that service I will think about it.
