Had appointment with Alex Lam at 11 am, showed up on time but he was delayed. He decided to skip my appointment and move to his 11:30 am. Told me there was plenty of other agents but still had to wait another 20 minutes to see anyone. Now I know why this branch has 2 stars. Please make appointment somewhere else.

I made an appointment to get a document notarized by Mr. Nguyen. Him an a lady said they cannot notarize my document because it wasn't on the right form for them to stamp it. They were supposed to print it out. Telling me I had to print the form out that they already have did not make any sense at all. They would not show me what it looked like or print it. They just said Google the form and print it. Unprofessional and unhelpful. I wasted my time making the appointment and gas going there. I won't come here again. I went to another CHASE without an appointment and they printed the document and notorized it wit no problem. I went here before for the same thing and should have went here to begin with.

1/9/2024 i been a customer with Chase 9 years i was there today opening New account for my family waiting and the guy he was ask me if I have appointment I told hime no he say he will helping me after he does with other customer after 30 minutes the lady comes told me if I don't have appointment I have to live and make appointments she is racist don't go there
