Too many stars. Just left the rudest unprofessional bank ever. Had ro make an appointment yo open a checking account. No one greets you. No place to sign in. Stood in line and waited. The girl was rude. Waited almost 30 minutes and went back to ask what was going on. We left.

ATM repeatedly down. No sign or cone—print a paper sign and stop wasting our time. A faded green light off doesn’t indicate off when it not visible during the daytime or a clear meaning to colorblind customers.
The Chase down the road should have been the branch to stay open.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 with Gabriel Lovrine on a Saturday, that I had waited 2 weeks for. Why they only had one person taking appointments on a Saturday is beyond me. After 35 minutes of waiting and watching the 11:00 appointment walk in, I asked if they had any idea how much longer it would be. I was told it looked like it would probably be a while. So I went to make a new appointment (I can only do Saturdays because I have a normal 9-5) and they were booked for the next Saturday and did not have an option for the Saturday after that. So I just walked out. You guys are open for a short amount of time during the time most people can actually come in. DO BETTER. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the people at the front desk were very nice and seemed to genuinely feel bad they couldn’t help me.

Very bad service I have ever encountered. I went there to ask only 2 questions and waited for an employee for more than 30 minutes. And he came up and simply said he had no time for today, and that's it. Very loyal employees.

Was a happy customer until, out of the blue, Case chooses to close my account without explanation. They will not communicate. I have excellent credit and pay all my bills on time. Service at Chase sucks.

If you really like being screwed over with fraud, this is the bank for you. Apparently their employees only job there is to apologize for their incompetence.

Gabriel did an amazing job helping me open a business account. He was fast and answered any questions I had before I could ask. I remember when he was a teller and he was my “go to guy”. Everyone was friendly start to finish.

Update January/2024.
Now, not just can't ever call anyone anymore, you have to wait forever for anyone to ask why you're standing in the lobby forever. It's been 20 min. watching 1 of the 2 guys texting, talking on his phone, looking straight through me. The other guy is busy with a client, I'm needing a notary. Need to leave this bank.
It used to be a stellar branch 3-4 years ago. Keep going down hill, it is matching BOA now. Customer service is out the window, forget it. Time to look into some credit unions, or any other options!

Chase just needs to close this pointless location, they offer no service or value to customers. I won't even go into their bad service, they aren't worth my time. Warning, never open a Chase account, there are too many other outstanding choices.

Horrible experience as a private client. No communication, no willingness to help. Lazy won't do same day deposits. Worst bank experience I have ever had. Moving to PNC full time.
