Absolutely ridiculous service and horrible banking experience. They wanted to put a 9 day hold on a cashier check made out to myself. I am considering closing all of my accounts with Chase.

outside ATM has been rejecting cash deposit fore christmas and no fix. Inside atm door closed after 5PM. This location is the worst.

Every time I come to this location the employees are so welcoming and kind. Today I needed some assistance with a banker and Mrs. Hoang helped me out. She was the most sweetest and explained everything so thoroughly. I really appreciated her.

My parents visited this branch for help on a transfer due to a language barrier. Kavan was extremely professional and patient. He even stayed after hours to help them. Thank you, Kavan!

Every time for the past 2 years I've come to this bank bi-weekly and the ATM is always broken. Can't take deposits. Can't dispense money. Out of service. Someone trying to repair it etc.. You have to be kidding. The branch also closes early all the time. CHASE just replace your ATM machine already! A big bank chain like this should be taking care of this issue easily. Very sad.

Do not recommend this branch.
The bank teller on drive through and manager both are ridiculous for not accepting a passport as an acceptable form of ID for a deposit - when I also provided my own debit card? Then, how was I able to open an account with my passport? Were multiple bank tellers at this exact location previously all were making a mistake when they did accept my passport for my transaction? The audacity to tell me to go to the front ATM machine to do my deposit. Are you telling me that you cannot operate a job that a machine can do? I do not know how these people are in their positions if they are not educated with their own company’s policy. If you are looking for a better experience with Chase, please go to a different branch.

Chase is a horrible beaurocracy with zero customer service. I deposited a large check in their ATM, properly endorsed with my name and with "for deposit only". They rejected my deposited check and then proceeded to lose it and give me the runaraound for over a week now. Spent a couple of hours on the phone going through person after person with no resolution. They are very frustrating and give you no help and nothing but canned answers from their script. Terrible service! I may just have to go back tot he issuer and ask them to do a stop payment and re-issue since my failure of a bank can't do anything other than spew lies and deflection.

I've coming to this location for several years and never been charged for a cashier check. My recent visit was horrible and made my lady break down and cry. As always when it's time to pay rent we come and get a cashiers check and everything is always smooth and have never been charged a fee but on this visit we were charged a fee. When asked why the teller first said they always charge but we have never been charged. Then the teller goes on to tell us that it's up to the teller if they charge you a fee or not. She then tells us that no one here knows you or your lady. But the teller next to her greeted us by name. I asked for the bank manager and was told they were not in and then she handed me a handwritten business card. Very very very very poor customer service!!!! We have not been back to this location and have been going to another branch and they have not charged us any fees for a cashiers check. On another note I really think the teller was racist. She judge us by the color of our skin and they we were dressed, which we just dressed down and not wearing dress clothes like we normally do. Avoid the location by all means!!!!
