I tried once again for the 3rd time and was highly disappointed. There were 2-3 sales associates on the floor that were helping one customer. I walked around the store with no help or greeting from anyone. Finally with clothes in hand someone asked me if I needed a dressing room. Once I waked out she asked if anything fit I said yes one did put I need the pants to be a different length, she said “so no to all of these, okay. Thank you” and walked off. About 3 years ago I went in and purchase a great pair of pants for work and was extremely satisfied and loved the pants. I won’t be back.

Love Chico's. Store is clean and love the staff. Have been going to this location a long time and it is always a pleasure to see Pat. She is always so nice and helpful.

I have enjoyed shopping at Chico's in the past, many years ago. I entered and was immediately greeted, which was nice. I looked around for a few minutes. It was nice that the sale/clearance items were all grouped by size. I just forget what my Chico's size is! It's either 1, 2 or 3. It would be handy if they posted a size conversion chart so you know what size you are there. The clothes they were stocking today is all mid to long sleeve length and since it's 100 degrees plus outside, I wasn't in the mood to shop for Fall just yet.

In a previous review I said I would never go to another Chico's based on my last experience. However..... A friend visiting from Europe really wanted to pick up a gift for her mother so we gave this location a try.The sales person was super friendly and helpful, even going to check in the back for different types of fabric that we were looking for. If you're going to go to a Chico's this is the one to go to! Our experience was pleasant and enjoyable, which was very much appreciated ??♥️♥️♥️

Sales associate did not respond when I said hello. Not one person greeted me or asked me I needed help. Felt VERY unwelcome in this store.

ALL of the ladies at Chico's Firewheel are FIRST CLASS! Stephanie is the most AMAZING manager! Talk about a "WOW" team of the most friendly, helpful and customer satisfaction oriented ladies you could ever meet. They make you feel more like family than a customer. The store has such a warm boutique feel and vibe. There really is no other store quite like Chicos, especially the Fireweel location.
