Columbia online customer service told me to bring my online order to return here. The workers claimed they couldn’t accept the return. Workers at the Grand Prairie location gladly accepted my return and said this location should have accepted the return too and that they’ve had several customers experience the same issue.

Nice place to pick up a few odds and ends, the staff was really friendly. Not as big of a variety as an outlet location, but convenient if one is looking to grab some of the more popular Columbia products. Charlotte and Yasin were very helpful.

Went to do a return from an online purchase and was told I could only go to an outlet store which was further away. I stated the email from the company had a link that sent me to this store to do the return. The workers told me it was a “new policy “ and that since they did not have the exact item they could not do the return. I called customer service who stated that I could do the return but I didn’t want to hassle with them anymore.

Worst customer service in store and online!!!Called the company because their online store wouldn’t let me check out. The lady that responded had a horrible accent and she interrupted me every second plus she was very rude and mean. Asked for a manager and she got even more upset and said I had to follow her instructions only…?? Very unprofessional!!!Then I called this store, the lady was nice but the store had nothing that the online store had. The stuff they had in store was actually of less quality according to the lady. Makes me think why they do that… Is the company sending that store lesser quality merchandise according to the people that buy there, are they discriminating? Makes you think!They lost my business, my family and friends too!!!

Great prices, great customer service, and amazing associates. They didn’t have the jacket I wanted online and they managed to find me the perfect jacket for me. They were very patient and accommodating.

The first day I purchased allot of items. Second day I came in for an exchange. The store manager said, “oops! I did a full refund sorry.” I had to buy it all back again. Coincidence??? I think not! It‘a the Holidays so it’s clear they need the sales. I didn’t appreciate that slick move at all. And she was nonchalant about it. Do it to enough customers and she’ll get caught. That’s not ok

Went into this store to make a return as the website CLEARLY states I can return at store or an outlet. First, the associate helping me said I could only return to an outlet store. I said no, the website states otherwise. Then she said I need the packing slip. I once again said that's incorrect as the website says I need the original invoice OR confirmation email and payment method. She then said I'd need to PRINT the order confirmation- as if that matters. What prints and what's displayed on my email is the same information. She advised she could do a "no receipt" return since "e-commerce and store purchases are different" and I'd get back $9. For a $55 jacket. I said I drove half an hour to return this and she had the audacity to ask me where I came from as if I didn't attempt to drive to the closest Columbia store. Unbelievable. She told me that the website was wrong. I left the store and called customer service where I was told the associate was incorrect and they handled the return for me. Pic below is specifically what the website shows. I have no intentions of returning to this store again.
