Traveling and needed medication - don't ever stop here. I waited 25 hours and had to camp in their parking lot. Even after I contacted my California insurance company 4 different times when I went back to the pharmacy they still didn't have anything ready. I had no cash on me and other medications were missing.available and demanded I pay $1.55

I called and asked how much they charge to blow up balloons and I was told yes and that it is free. She said they have the tank of helium. I tell her that I called Walmart too and they said they do but when I got there they said they don't. When I go to CVS the lady I spoke to went to get this Idian lady and she said it's .50 and then said they can't do it. So is the helium tank just for show in these stores????

I sat on hold for 19 minutes waiting for the pharmacy to answer my call. There is literally no excuse in the world good enough for it to take you 20 minutes to answer a ringing phone.

Not even 1 star. Waste of time. Drove all the way to get medicine cause it's shows 24/7 and when I arrived it was closed. They need to work on first how to schedule on time. So sad .

Pharmacy department real bad. I stood there for about 10 minutes and no one asked me if i needed help, also the middle eatern lady at front, very rude. So was the first and last time that i visited tbat place

CVS is THE MOST incompetent company on the planet. I called to make sure my pickup order was correct since the other CVS I went to gave me the wrong item. She told me it was the correct one and she bagged it herself. I asked her to check the packaging to make sure, she confirmed. Well what do you know? I arrive and it’s ONCE AGAIN the wrong product. And now in order to get a refund I have to call the CVS customer service line since I paid with paypal. Why even offer paypal as a payment option if you’re going to make customers jump through hoops just to return an item YOU wrongly picked? Waste of gas and time. I will never shop at CVS again.

Horrible! I called to see if they had a medicine I’m looking for, some angry woman picks up the phone and says, “ur gonna have to hold bc I have someone on 4 other lines!” Huh???!!! Ok idk wat all of that is about

I simply needed to transfer a prescription from Rowlett store to this one. I waited in line at the pick up counter only to be told to stand by the drop off window. I walked up to it and Chanel was entering a prescription. I patiently waited. She NEVER acknowledged me. After about 5 minutes she called out to a guy behind me and just looked at me as if to say MOVE! after another few minutes I started to leave then the 1st guy to told me to go to her window asked for my information. By the time all this was done, I could have went to Rowlett and picked it up.I've been with CVS for several years. There customer service has drastically gone down over the years. If I had a choice of pharmacy I would NOT choose CVS!

Dead zone . Ladies in pharmacy don't care. They be taking extended lunches to avoid customers like come on now how hard is it to refill a pill bottle my God and there was 3 of them and literally no work being done just talking, talking, and talk. About the "new techs" smh women drama I came cause I'm in pain!! Not to hear work drama!!

Worst customer service at pharmacy EVER! Stood in line 15-20 minutes with not 1, not 2, not 3, but FOUR employees walking back and forth past the drop off line as if we were unseen. The ONLY reason they acknowledged us in line is because I became frustrated enough to ask the poor older gentleman in front of me (Loud enough for them to hear" "are you waiting too?" He responded yes ... it wasn't until I asked him "SO HABE THEY JUST BEEN LOOKING YOUNIN THE FACE AND CONTINUOUSLY WALKING PAST YPU THIS ENTIRE TIME" that the African woman rudely stated we will be with you shortly only to not move and stay where she stood. The poor girl that finally stepped up bc she could sense frustration clearly was not qualified to do drop offs but still tried to help because no one else would. She the entire time is asking the woman who wouldn't move to help her fill out what's on the screen and even with the employee needing help... she STILL wouldn't move to help!!!

Every single time I call no one answers the phone. I was on hold for 30 minutes went to the store stood in line waiting to be acknowledged I was waiting to pick up a prescription while still holding hearing the intercom about 4 calls waiting and finally when I was attended to. I showed her how long I had been waiting for an answer and she shrugged her shoulder and said well we’re short staffed and I said I understand that but some people are sick and can’t leave home and you’re ignoring calls. She had no concern. I have to use CVS because of my insurance they are by far the absolute worst when it comes to customer care.

Been on hold with the pharmacy for half an hour now. They never have my prescriptions even though they're essential. Once had to wait 4 hours in line for my meds. This is ridiculous.
