today I went to a different CVS where they lost my sons inhaler that he really needs so I was told to call here, I called before 6 just to see if they had it in stock (Michelle) didn't want to even check for me , she told me to call Rockwall . i told her if she could just check but since it was about to turn 6:01 she didn't want to and got the worst attitude.

I would not recommend this pharmacy they will call you and say the medication is ready get there and it’s not very slow service very understaffed the workers are rude in the pharmacy they really need to look into they be hiring.

Unacceptable how customers are mistreated and elderly people are taken advantage of by not clearly communicating or following the correct “policy” that they say is followed. My elderly mother was taken advantage of by picking up prescriptions that were not needed nor communicated as to what she was receiving. Therefore is out of hundreds of dollars on unnecessary medication. If policy was followed, she would not have accepted the medication. Instead she thought she was given the correct medication and conveniently the medication cannot be returned.Spoke the pharmacist, Juliane Banan and she is completely dismissive and talks to you like she’s speaking to a child. Takes no accountability for the mishandling of her staff. This is unacceptable!

Julian B the head pharmacist is beyond disrespectful! She needs to work on her customer service. She talks in a very high pitch voice so it almost sounds like she’s talking down on you. I asked to speak to someone above her and she told me I could look up the number instead of give it to me.Julian…. Do better!

The system told me that I would have my medicine at 3:00 pm and I got to the window and the woman who was there told me that my medicine would be ready until 5 pm or until tomorrow! I told him that then why did they have a system like this, otherwise I was going to agree with the service! The woman was very rude, she told me that if I had never been late for my job, and that it was not their fault for being late with the recipes because they did not hire them! I really think they don't have to have those rude and rude people serving customers! very bad experience with this woman

The staff are extremely rude. They are not helpful and could careless to have you as a customer. I have tried to be patient but enough is enough. When staff raises their voices and ask same thing 3-4 times.

Horrible please the manager stands next to you like he doesn’t let you do it yourself on self check out he tells employees to follow customers around. I will never go back to that place.

This pharmacy has 4 standing policies that are harmful and dangerous and I will be switching pharmacies as a result:1. They do not answer the phones. Ever. This is a policy. It’s not on accident. It is intentional and deliberate. If you call, they will not pick up. You will be on hold for 5 minutes or 5 hours. If there is a single other person in the pharmacy, they will not answer the phone.2. They do not have a separate station for waiting patients. They will not call your name if you are waiting and your prescription becomes ready. They don’t even have a system in place to do this. You just have to wait in line again, ask for your prescription, they say no, you get back in line again, ask again, in an endless loop. There isn’t a way to flag your prescription as “hey someone is here, don’t put this on the shelf and wait for them to come back through the line again.”3. They are really really loud with their HIPAA violations. I hope you didn’t want any privacy because everyone and their dog will know your full name, birthday, and the names of every medication you take.4. If they don't have your medication, they won't tell you. You can't call and find out (they don't answer their phones). You have to go to the pharmacy, stand in line 45 minutes, then ask. By then, maybe you'll be able to get it filled somewhere else or maybe not. All these other reviews about the pharmacy leaving their kids screaming in pain because they won't communicate about medications? That's not a one time thing. It happens so, so much.I am now driving 20 minutes to a local compounding pharmacy and it's cheaper and faster, even with the drive time.

Only giving 1 star to be able to leave a review. This is THE WORST pharmacy. Lazy and inconsiderate. My daughter Is in pain from an ear infection had her doctors appointment at 11am they called in ear drop antibiotics. We called and called finally went at 7:30 that night and they said we don’t have it we have to see if another pharmacy has it or order it. We’ll do that Monday! Her prescription came in right after her appointment. And they had hours to locate one or let us know or something. But no my daughter has to go to the weekend with no antibiotics and then who knows if we’ll get it Monday if they have to order then!!!!They’ve always been terrible I have had plenty of bad experiences before this. I guess this is my fault for not switching but I will be now. This is ridiculous.

I requested a prescription transfer because CVS did not have one of the medications. But my daughter was left without her medication for a whole night, suffering because of people who have a commitment. cvs did not send the instructions on how to take the medications and they could not give them to me at the other pharmacy. Call cvs and they told me that they would send them and the hours passed and I did not send them It's not fair that they play with people's health.

I gave it a 2 star because the pharmacy is always on point.The actual CVS appearance inside is a dump.Not too mention the OSHA violation.
