I actually like this location..never really had an issue but this morning..
The cashier at the front clearly didn’t want to be there and by all means that is fine.
I would suggest maybe staying at home or changing your profession.
She didn’t greet me, didn’t acknowledge me once I was ready to check out.
The way she handled the merchandise while removing security tags was just mind blowing.
I was totally against the bots (self checkout )
replacing an actual person..
However I am always greeted at self checkout and not only that the experience has been nothing short of amazing.
Associate 350529 please look into a different job.
You don’t have the basic skill set for customer service.

I had a very unpleasant experience at DDS Discounts due to the unprofessional behavior of a manager named Charisma. When she was called by an associate to the register to assist , she came approached me with a rude attitude and seemed completely uninterested in helping. Her tone was dismissive, and it was clear she didn’t want to be bothered. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, and her attitude was far from it. It’s disappointing to see this lack of basic courtesy from someone in a managerial position. I hope this location addresses customer service training soon.

A women working there was extremely rude while I was shopping for clothes. Kept looking at me angrily even though I was nowhere near her and made me feel very uncomfortable. When I was looking in the same aisle as she was working she kept making disgruntled noises. Maybe it was because I was Hispanic? Not sure what the problem was.
