Terrible experience I purchased an expensive baby carriage for my daughter. I went into the store to make sure the order would be done correctly, as she lives out of state. Martha placed the order. I got a confirmation email, but it was the WRONG one. I immediately contacted the store. The customer service "manager," Nina, told me the order was canceled. I was advised to wait for an email confirming cancellation. I contacted the store two additional times and was advised to wait. Then, instead of a cancellation email, I got a shipping notice. I guess they expect my pregnant daughter to return the item.

The Dillard’s of Perfume department, they made us too disappointed. We bought 2 Gucci Perfumes almost $400 on the next day of 2025 Valentine’s day. However they tried to scam us by giving the second perfume without a plastic seal inside the cover box so that we couldn’t see it if it’s open or not. After we arrived home, when we checked the perfumes, we found that one box is too light so we opened it and we found out it didn’t have plastic seal and it feels it’s not full. Since the perfume bottle isn’t transparent we couldn’t see the level but it’s not full(for sure it’s only half). We were disappointed and just returned both of them. For the future, we’ll never ever go to the Dillard’s again. We don’t want to spend our money on scammers!!!!

I have had the worst, and most disappointing experience ever at this location. I have stepped into the location to return a sweater which I have bought. The reason for the return was simply because I needed a size change. The sweater was in good condition.
When I approached the checkout desk, there was a Manager for the Woman’s Department upstairs to assist me however she was very disrespectful; and rude. I have explained in the most basic way that I need a size change however she said if you don’t find the size that’s right for you at the store currently then I can’t return it, nor exchange it, nor order one for you (online) nor give me the money back. Also, I have came and returned it before 30 days ends.
She has definitely violated the Dillard’s Policy Code of conduct that allows you to return anything within the 30 day window.
I had to go to a different Dillard’s location (Fairview Location) and they welcomed me with a beautiful smile and was very satisfied with the outcome and was very happy.
Lastly , I have been coming here for a long time, but this will be the final time I come to this specific location

Buy at Dillard’s all the time and always go to the VIP sale for Christmas. Needed to exchange same PJ’s from 8 to 10 for my grandson manager would not take off 2.40 for even exchange. I spend a lot of money at Dillard’s. I guess 2.40 is worth losing a loyal customer.

Joseph was the nicest man I met at this store! He helped me in the fragrance department and showed me new fragrances ! He has great taste! This man needs a raise!! I have never been treated so nicely before!

I will never shop at this store again. I spent $750 on 4 items 10 days ago. I attempted to return one of the items which never came off the hanger or out of the bag I brought it home in. They told me I could not return it because it was damaged. There was a small spot that I didn’t notice when I purchased. They need to train their employees to inspect their merchandise as closely when they sell it as they do on returns. When I asked for the manager and explained, he (Joseph) made it worse. I felt very accused. . I cannot believe I’m stuck with a $150 dress I don’t want and never took it off the hanger from the day I purchased it to the day I tried to return. Train your people better - If you’re going to inspect returns, train your employees to inspect at time of sale. Never shopping here again.

I bought suits cases plus handbad( personal belongsbag) and otherthings cost me almost$1200, when I got home i found out the carry on bag was locked which I didn't even remember to ask them to open it or to set the combination by the way, so I called the store they said they were closing I should come tomorrow. But that morning I have to travel for a week. When I returned, I went to the store asking them if they have a key or combination, they said no mam we don't have it we can't open it, I ask if the can give an other one, they said no we can not exchange or refund you , so meanwhile the person who help me the day I purchased them was there and she knows better that she didn't give me any combination or key. So we went back and forth but they definitely didn't exchange or give my money back, this suit case I paid for almost $ 400. I left the item there and left. I am going to return everything that I didn't use tomorrow. I spent $1200 that day. The manager was so unprofessional
