Came here exactly at 8:40 pm, store has a big sign that clearly shows the hours of operation which are 9-9 m-s and Sunday also 9-9 to our surprise the doors were closed! With employees just passing by with us customers waiting outside in 30 degree farenhight weather and waving at them to open which they ignore and really, other people came too and encountered the same faith, here are the sad pictures of this ,I will contact corporate to ensure better management is provided to this store.

On this day the store manager Davita and her associate Jennifer were very rude and closed 30 mins early while there were a line of people outside. Jennifer almost injured me with the door as I attempted to walk in at 8:30pm. I’m not happy with this poor service I will be calling corporate.

THEIVES !! On September 29th around 8pm, my husband let's my 2 kids run in and buy themselves a $25 Roblox gift card. The cashier proceeds to charge one of my kids a "misc fee" of $1.25. He only charged one of my kids too, which is why it was easily noticed. So my husband went inside and confronted the cashier about this. In which his response was "oh, well I can't just give it back so you can just go pick something off the shelf!" My husband said "No, that's NOT the point, you are stealing from a child and probably 100s of other people!" So he calls the MANAGER over who ALSO says the same thing!!! This is crazy!! My husband who calls them out for scamming people, still never got the money back! So PLEASE check your receipts before leaving this location!! I'm sure these guys are pocketing alot of money at the end of the night doing this to people!! 😡😡 I hope corporate will start an investigation after this!!!!

The customer service and attitudes of the cashiers has been hit or miss with my last few visits to this store. The last visit definitely a miss. The store was clean which was very good to see but the attitude of the cashier was disappointing. When I said thank you for my receipt I was replied with a "Mhm"! I'm not sure what happened emotionally in the short time with the transaction between the customer in front of me and then when it became my turn to pay but the attitude changed quick and became very rude. Customer service and etiquette needs to be retrained and monitored.

Two African ladies at the register had attitude and made faces the whole time didn’t say a single word the whole time they were taking customers and didn’t even greet or say your welcome after I thanked her. I get you don’t want to be working but at least have the decency to acknowledge a person .

Will not air up balloons you bring in. Will first lie that they dont have helium then say talk to manager.It is a stupid policy.

I went for a bag and paper for a gift. That's it. I drove from another city stopped by another store (liquor). And drove to this city for this store. I had to search cause it wasn't organized and the signs didn't help me... but the worse part was the service. The time I drove from the other city, stopped at the other store, drove to this dollar tree and got my items, was shorter than how long I stood in line.4 employees. 1 was working her behind off and doing everything she could. 1 was playing on her phone ignoring everyone. 1 was ignoring and walking around the store making sure no one saw her. And last but not least. The manager (dayja/dajuh/dayjuh) was hiding in the office. The girl at the register kept pleading for help from the manager, no luck in any reply. No new register open, nothing. After about 30 minutes her pleads were heard. But only for dayjuh to ask someone else to fill the balloons and dissappear again. People behind me and in front were asking what was going on. No one payed us any attention. Everyone except the girl on register ignored us. I tried looking for names but apparently they hide their names under the aprons at this location. All I know is the girl that helped me started with a K and I wished her a good night. And pointedly told her I felt sorry she was the only one working.I contacted corporate and I really hope this is gonna be dealt with

My mother worked for 2 days and was terminated without cause. We had been texting back and forth with Aramis Maxi (have proof) about pay. We tried contacting her today, but her phone number is now not in service. We called the location and Kendra (after explaining) told me she was going to contact me after she was done attending customers. I asked when would be a good time. Her answer was “I don’t know.” I hope that with this review we can bring closure to this situation.
