My service was horrible , waited 3 hours for 2 remakes because they never delivered the first order , then the manager Chris was rude and the guy Max hung up in my face twice when I was calling to find about my order status. Received my food after 3 hours and it still wasn’t hot . I will never order from this location again .

Half cooked pizza and slapped together. Not cut at all. Really? The ovens are on a timed track and the pizza cutter is at the end of it. How do you mess that up?

I was very pleased with my experience. Pizza was ready on time and was delicious. The employees were cheerful, quick and ready to help with whatever needed. I ordered my pizza online. Everything was good.

Pacific veggie pizza went down the disposal after 2 bites. Nasty, barley any cheese and tons of sauce. Black olives, onions, a couple wilted pieces of basil or spinach, and a couple pieces of petrified feta. The Philly cheese steak we had last week was the best pizza ever.

I always have problems when I order from here, I don’t get what I order . They come and give me someone else’s order or forget to bring something I ordered and they take FOREVER to get delivered! Would not recommend this location at all!!!!

They food is always hot and quick to my door. One time it was cold when I received it due to probably long delivery times but the manager rectified it for me. Great customer service to the manager!!! The drivers are always so nice

Made an online order, when I arrived to pickup my pizza it wasn't there. My pizza was given to someone else I had to wait 30 minutes for my pizza.

Pizza came half flipped over and not cut properly they also forgot one of our drinks. Don't order from here ever the service was terrible. Go to Blaze instead

Specifically requested Light sauce ! I can't tell what type of sauce this is. Real soggy in the middle . Called store to relay details. A Christopher stated that he was the General Manager ? He stated that the ONLY way to possibly receive a refund was for next visit. I tried to explain that I was Not able to,return today. He was asked ,when was his next visit to the store,he stated that I could return the pizza,next year,next month or next week. So I questioned his response, which was very harsh and abrupt. When faced with questions, he decides that hanging up /disconnecting the line was the think to do. So ladies of Color,please respectfully do not let this happen to you bee aware of the GM- Christopher.....
