Do not go to this DSW. You can get better service any other store. I have to shop at this DSW location only a few times and each time the service is just horrible compared any other DSW in the area. The last time I went in, the cashier scanned the barcode and then told me that tag was not for that shoe. Alright, mistakes happens, but situation was not handle right after the mistake was discovered. The cashier did not give 'sorry about this ma'am' or anything like that she just started to look at her phone. Eventually, she did tell me that she trying to find the correct price. Okay she trying to resolve this issue. Now after several minutes she could not find the price. The manager was there and did nothing to help or offer another solution. After several more minutes and queue started to form at check out line, I just gave up on those shoes and left. I really don't think this was handle well. First, manners cost $0 so they should be always used. Secondly, the lack of effort from the manager really shows how much she cares about both her employees and customers. Lastly if this was going to be time consuming, I would not been upset if the manager advised me of that asked to step aside so the cashier could assist some of the other customer while she could sort out the issue with barcode. Honestly it was not just my time they were wasting with this issue. Sometime you do need step up and help in customer service.

0 stars for the customer service. They make no attempts to do their job properly and seem to be in their own world. I had an issue with a pair of shoes I tried on and wanted a different pair mailed to me. I received the same exact pair I had an issue with in the mail. What a waste of time. I got my refund and no apology, only attitude. Never again DSW

I buy a lot of my shoes from DSW. Lots of Sketchers and New Balance in men's casual shoes. I found some good deals on the sales rack.

This was a nice place to try on a bunch of styles, shoes look different on you than online so I think it’s worth the trip to confirm you like a style. They gave a lot of brekenstocks which was really helpful for me cause I was going to buy from the brekenstock website but when I went in and tried them on I went with a totally different style

They close at 8pm got there 10 minutes before 8pm and the door was already locked. Employee was there making sure nobody could get in. I was ready to grab my boots. Smh!

This is a good, reasonably priced shoe store, depending upon your needs at the time of visit since stock rotates quickly. Online shopping works too, if you can wait the delivery as some come tomorrow and others week or so. Overall, I like shopping here.
