I went to the store today to get a thank you basket for my neighbor and arrived at the store at 11:16 and the store was closed. The sign in the window and website both say they open at 9:00 am Monday through Friday. So tell me why at 11:16 on Monday the store is closed with the open sign flashing open. I than attempted to call and was on hold for a long time with an automatic message saying to hold they were assisting other customers than hung up on.

Have come to this store many times during the posted business hours and they are never open. The sign is also flashing open but the door is always locked and no employees inside.

We were at here on Monday 11:16 and it was closed even though it says open and it's also supposed to be open because it's says so on website and store hour's bruh.

I’ve been on hold now for over 40 minutes trying to get an order delivered (that was supposed to be delivered on Valentina Day - 2 days ago!) that was attempted to be delivered a few hours ago. I don’t think this company has anyone answering the phones. It would be great if the person replying to all of these bad online reviews actually answered their phone to avoid these issues. Find someone else to order from because you will be disappointed by this company.

I was pleased with the gift I received for my birthday, my 17yrs daughter spent her hard earned on money on a birthday box gift. The chocolate was very soft and wet at the bottom of strawberries. There was even juice from both pineapple and strawberries at the bottom of the cups. Chocolate was nasty, I can tell that if was not freshly done.I would brought it back but I had to attend a funeral out of town the next day. But I still have the fruitarrangements . I will try to contact the store today. Hopefully my daughter can get her money back

I wanted to buy some fruit baskets from their Garland, TX branch on Saturday, 11/19/2022. They were supposed to be open till 5pm. I got there at 4:20pm. The sign said "open" but they were actually closed. There was no one inside. That was a waste of a 30-minute round trip.Edible Arrangements: please be open when the sign at your shop says "open".

Wow! I wish I would have read the reviews for this store 1st before ordering. I placed my order yesterday & called back to make a change to the message on the card. It takes forever for someone to answer the phone & when you do it is not even the store you are calling. They send a message to the store for changes. I got confirmation that the change was received. I then tried to call them again today because the person I ordered the arrangement for was leaving early today. I told the person that answered that I needed to talk to someone at the Firewheel location. He tried to transfer me but nobody picked up after several minutes on hold. He said they were very busy. I told him to change the date to Monday & he sent a message to the store to change the date. I did get an email confirmation that the change was received. The order was delivered today, Friday. My friend has left & I won't see her until Monday & by then the fruit may not be any good & the chocolate was starting to melt when I received it. I can't believe that they don't have the ability to let you talk to someone at the store! I will not be using this location again! I wish I would have seen all of the 1 star reviews before ordering. After going back & reading all of these 1 star reviews, this store should just close their doors. I have never seen so many 1 star reviews ever!

Placed a pickup order online, only to find out that the landlord locked their doors because they haven't paid $26k in back due rent. Now I have to go through the process of getting a refund.

Trust at your own risk. They ruined it , were unapologetic and the lady Roxanne even raised her voice at me multiple times over my pleading follow up calls to make the delivery happen. I ordered a $160 amount of stuff from this place for my Grandpa's 70th. A very special occasion for us. My delivery address is 6 mins away from this place!!! My request was to deliver between 9:30-10:30 AM. Upon my first follow up call at 11 AM - Roxanne said am new, our office opens at 10 AM which no one had called me to inform about and that driver has left to deliver ' business orders' first despite my timing request there. My delivery address was 6 mins away!! How hard was it for them to route it on way to deliver in the morning is beyond me. It was absolutely the worse customer empathy at all points. She tells me to give it an hour. At 11:45 - the driver is on the other side of the town stuck in traffic etc and won't make it till 12:30 PM. The birthday person was to go somewhere and since it was a surprise I couldn't ask more details about his plans and just asked him to stay home since something was on way. He canceled his lunch plans for my delivery at this point! 70th bday lunch canceled..! At 12:30- driver is on way Roxanne tells me. Expect another 45 mins. She tried to be empathetic by raising her voice in her own frustration saying- 'i know you are frustrated, sorry it's beyond my control as business deliveries have to be first, and there's traffic etc etc '. You know what I wasn't frustrated. I was still praying that my gifts would reach by 12:30, it meant a lot to us. I was sure questioning as to why couldn't he prioritize my delivery and getting no logical explanation except that I had to wait. 1:30 PM - grandpa then had to head out to the airport at 1:30- the delivery still didn't happen. Finally by the time they attempted delivery he had left and everything was ruined for us. They easily refunded my money. For them its a re usable fruits bouquet, and flowers can be used elsewhere and cookies too.. So sure enough refund is easy. For me this day would never come again to do something special for my dear one! :( Absolutely unfriendly, no empathy to find with this business. Bad planning and more so - there was never a call in these 4 hours from their end. I called after an hour at least each time - On my third call, Roxanne said ' i have to stop everything am doing to follow up with the driver for you, so am trying to help'! Please avoid them or take a calculated risk. I am very sad , I wish it could have been better.

Ordered thank you Easter arrangement with cookies. The arrangement didn’t look like pictures and I didn’t get the cookies. Emailed company and they said store would contact me which they never did. Spent 45 min on hold to be told company won’t help that I have to deal with the store. VERY dissatisfied. Rip-off company!

Order from this business the Easter weekend and planned the delivery the Friday before Easter. While I have always been impressed with Edible Arrangements in general in MN, NV, and NM; I was disappointed that the cheese cakes were delivered and smashed in the box with the fruit all over the place, I also was missing the balloons I ordered and the12 dipped fruit that was to be part of the order. When I called the driver, I was told that employees were let go and they were trying to find people to deliver and everything was a mess. My dipped fruit was delivered the next day and it was hot and melted. I never got the balloons. I called several times and tried to talk with someone and they never answered the phone. I did report this to the Edible nationwide company. Beware if you use this establishment.

So this location doesn’t answer the phone and when i get there they within the hour of the store closing say they are closed until TUESDAY due to an employee passing away. He made it clear not at the store. I’m like sir it’s THURSDAY! Had someone answered the phone this would have saved me a blank trip.
