The El Rancho location in Fort Worth Texas: 4812 South Freeway Fort Worth, TX 76115 Store # 27.
El Rancho has an AD for strawberries on their App. It states clearly spend $35 and a limit of 2 strawberries packages for $1 each. I get to the checkout and was told by a manager that you have to spend $35.00 for each strawberries packages. In order to get 2 packages, I would need to spend $70.00 or more. I put them back. I prefer to go to HEB, Kroger’s or Walmart or any other grocery stores to get the strawberries packages. Please update your ad in both English & Spanish to advertise accurately.

Ranch number #8 full of altars, we are in November and they already have the most ridiculous Christmas tree, there is nowhere to walk, there is barely enough room for the car, which is too full of altars, which is not the case. That bad-ass manager they have exaggerates.

Rotten meat and molded cakes in multiple DFW locations. This hasn't happened at a Fiesta or La Azteca so try those locations before coming to any DFW El Rancho.

It would be nice to give NO STARS AT ALL. The worst experience for a disabled person who needs to shop for groceries in the Dallas Pleasant Grove Location on Buckner Store #301, there are no motorized scooters at all at this store when I asked why, I was told by a manager, " that's just the way it is, I don't know what to tell you" 😑 I had to leave without shopping for food.

Today, I had a very bad experience at el rancho over Grand Prairie, belt line zip code 75052, my wife and I we went to this place to buy a juice that they make it for you fresh, they make you to be in line from them be able to attend you( fist come first serve), so I got in line after like 4 people in front of me, then an employee she ask me how can I help you, so I told her that I want a fresh juice called ( vampiro), so she direct her self to start making the juice, so behind it was an other employee that I believe she was on break, she started ordering her food, I believe the person was helping her out was one of the ppl that was in charge, so he direct him self to the cashier lady name (Iris C) that she was ring the orders up, he told her to ring the employee that was on break, but they pass over me, I was next in line, by the time I was in front of the register to be charged, the juice was ready, but they were focus on the employee food, I try to get her attention by telling her if she can ring my juice up because I have to leave, so she respond that she was helping her coworker, the one she was on break, so I ask her way they pass over me as customer if I was next on line, and she responds with bad attitude that she was ringing the other employees food, then I told her that she make me to get in line from me to place my order, but she didn’t respect me as a customer and she was very rude and disrespectful, so I asked her who is her supervisor and she responded again rudely that she was there at the tortillería, so I directed my self with her and explain the situation with Iris the cashier, that one she had a big mouth, she should no be working in customer service if she doesn’t know how to treat a customer on a very simple way, I don’t want your apology, what I want is that please teach, coach and show your employees on how to treat your customers and not open their big mouth and do their job properly and be respectful to your customers.

If I could give no stars I would this company does not want to give me my W-2 I have been trying since December and they do not help on the contrary they are very liars especially the lady from human resources, it is very unfair because it is a very delicate document what they do is Don't answer me anymore, be very careful with that.

I have a problem with the bakery at location 3220 N. Main, don't have special order cakes here! There has been several occasions I order a cake and evetime there is an issue with the cake. Its like the staff can't follow directions from the order sheet. They have given me the wrong size, wrong flavor, they have charged me extra for fruit filling and no fruit filling! Last Sunday I show up for my cake and it wasn't even ready they misplaced the note so they made me late to my event. So I contact the bakery manager she apologized with an attitude and said these types of things happened all the time NO! these things happen only at this Bakery! Contacted the store manager to let her know about my recurring issue with the bakery! She didn't want to hear about my previous experiences at all, at the minimum they should have giving me a discount for all my troubles. Complete lack of accountability and poor customer service from both managers, their excuse was were to busy. Managers don't even speak English where does El Rancho get their so called managers they are a shame!!!

I'm very upset with the store in Arlington of Park Row. I bought some menudo to cook from the meat market. I but 6 pounds of menudo and they gave it to me frozen. I asked the lady that I don't want it frozen, she states they don't sell it unfrozen. I pointed out that she was giving me frozen chunks of water in the mix, she changed it. But just so she can give me smaller chunks of frozen water in the mix. I'm very upset because to me El Rancho is stealing from their customers. I spoke to the manager, she tells me she can change it. I asked her are you going to sell me unfrozen one, she said no. So I told her then don't waste my time or yours. I'm calling the health Dept. The owner of the store and posting it on all social media,....this is a way for this meat market to steal from their hard working customers. I will not return to any of your stores, and neither will my family.

The El Rancho markets are very bad people They will tell you to leave the premises if you have a dog. They don't ask if it's a service dog Or if you are a disabled veteran. They will greet at the door with thier. Body guards.And Tell to leave.They break federal law state law and local laws.I went to 2 stores 2 days after Memorial Day.Both where extremely mean people.I volunteered and show them my paper work.they still very nasty.They must hate Dogs no matter what.I was at 2; stores in Austin Texas.Both the same.. If you love animals don't go there
