Great customer service team. I booked online 3 days early & got my rental car in a few minutes after arrival. They stayed in contact in-case I needed their help during the rental period. Thank you to the Enterprise team & I'll definitely come back soon.

I've had very good experiences with renting from Enterprise Rent A Car. They are very thoughtful in reminding you to bring the proper documents for the rental. My last rental was from the Garland location. The staff was great but the parking there is less than ideal. Most customers have to find parking on the street. There is also no early drop off on the weekends nor after hours drop off at this location.

I had an amazing experience from getting a comfortable car to use while my car was with the body shop for repairs. Mariana was very helpful and her services was great. She took care of the extra charges that the insurance company would have charged me for a bigger car to be paid for out of pocket from me. I also promptly received the mini Cooper as promised by her when available. I enjoyed driving Chevy trax and the mini countryman as well, both in excellent condition and fairly new cars… Highly recommend Enterprise to family and friends. I visited this location after having a little bit of a hard time finding a vehicle, but the manager there Mr. Bobby helped me as much as possible, and got me in a vehicle and a reasonable time frame, and was very understanding of my frustrations although he did not cause them. I really appreciate this locations understanding! Awesome job!!

I had a reservation through my insurance for a rental and they called me to tell me that they didn't have anything available for me until 2 days later. I asked if there was another location who had a vehicle available and they said I had to call each location to find out. National chain but I am the one who has to call each location?? Called 3 other locations and no one had vehicles. I went online and I can book a vehicle today if I pay out of pocket at the higher cost, not the insurance cost. How is that possible if no one has vehicles?? I have rented from ERAC for over 20 years but not anymore.

Avoid at all costs. Our insurance submitted our reservation. It was put in my name instead of my husband's so they refused to give him the car even though we are married (obviously) and both owners of the car. Then, I called Enterprise and they added his name to the reservation. We talked to our insurance who also put in a back up reservation in my husband's name just in case. Well, Enterprise canceled the reservation and even though we were set to pick up the car at 5pm (at 444pm) when my husband arrived he was told "we cannot guarantee you a car today because of the reservation cancelation/change." So, no car despite the rep on the phone confirming us a car at 5pm. The person at the counter was rude both times (two different individuals). Clearly customer service is not a priority. I will not use Enterprise again. We have had way too many issues with them.

Great customer service. From the day I picked up my truck rental to when I dropped it off. Mariana was very helpful and informative the day I picked up my truck rental and also the staff was quick when I dropped off the truck and even gave me a ride to pick up my car from the auto repair shop. Highly recommended this location.

They delivered a rental to the body shop we had our car repaired at. State Farm set us up with a mini Chevrolet sedan, and I couldn't even get my 6'3" frame in it. They promptly returned it to their lot, not that far away, and brought us a mid-size Nissan. I'd like to give a shout -out to DeMarcus, and his crew at Enterprise for a job well done!

Got into an accident over the evening outside of business hours. Called next day to get my reservation, and even though the team didn't have any cars available for a morning pick up, Demarcus was amazing and helped me out and ensured I got a vehicle that day. Inside the shop Bobby and the rest of the team were extremely friendly and helpful. Having a team like this helps makes the many stresses of car accidents easier. Highly recommend steering any Insurance Agents to utilize this location.

I got a rented car from Enterprise and the system kept showing a message that said the key was not recognized during the weekend (location closed during weekends). Went there the following week and they diligently changed the car because of this glitch. Now this other car seems to "pull" a little to the left while driving. I know rentals get worn out quickly, but it seems that cars are not checked very often before they are rented. Otherwise, these they notice these things.Garland location has wonderful staff though. Corteous and really treat you well.

This is the best Enterprise in town and located in the city of Garland Tx. Thank you Demarcus, Mariana, and Molly for helping me both times I needed to get a rental car. They even extend my rental at the last minute as long as the car was available. Thank you Enterprise team if Garland Tx.

If your able to find another car rental agency, please do. Enterprise is a friendly but dishonest agency that did not fill their commitment to provide me with a rental like I had hoped for. I scheduled my appointment for this Friday to pick up my rental (Ford F150). I was told that a deposit would not be required on this vehicle. But anything else above an F150 would require a deposit. So I agreed to reserve this vehicle. The gentleman had somewhat of an accent to his voice. He did not mention his name over the phone. I receive a call from a female associate confirming my appointment for Friday and stated that the rental would require a $300 deposit. Later that afternoon I called and they stated that all vehicles require a $300 deposit lus the cost of the rental. The issue isn't the cost or the deposit, it's the lack of communication and honesty. So I canceled my appointment/reservation.
