Definitely it’s a hit and miss but they clearly need to listen before they do there job ! Payed 60 for pedicure for gel and got regular nail polish not acceptable at all

The absolute most disgusting nail salon i have ever visited. The level of ignorance and lack of respect from the staff is astonishing. A while back i came in to get my nails done and for some reason instead of giving me a tech that knew what she was doing they decided to let someone practice how to do nails for the first time on me. I paid $50 in total for the service that day. The nails all fell off two days later. I came back in to talk about getting a refund and manicure because the damage on my nails were very noticeable and painful. I got greeted with the nastiest attitude by the owner. This woman quite literally yelled at me for asking for a refund and was full blown cussing me out.

I get gel on my real nails because they are healthy and am particular about keeping them that way, I don’t need fake acrylics or any of that ugliness so I can’t speak of that. Never had a bad experience.

I’ve been coming here since for 5+ years but the past few times have been horrible, they have new people who CANT do nails, I have very very thick nails but this lady filed my nails down so much it burned, I asked for gel nails because i wanted to match my toes and hands but they convinced me to do dip on my hands instead because it lasts longer and they had a “matching” set if powder and gel so I agreed, they actually ended up doing acrylics and the color did not match AT ALL. They didnt even clean/cut/file my hand nails OR toe nails like they do at any other salon. Did not clean up cuticles, applied so many thick layers of the acrylic and didnt even clean up under it so i had chunks/clumps. Toes were done so bad i literally had gel polish on my cuticles and they dried it like that so it was poking my skin for 2 weeks. The acrylics started chipping off in the first week. They took 3 HOURS to do such a bad job AND the place smells horrible. Do not waste your money, go somewhere elseServices: Manicures
