This FedEx location don’t accept large boxes for what the guy at front told me, I never heard that the package needs to be certainly type of measurements! Very disappointed!!!!

Came to drop off a paid labeled package and the employee didn’t accept the package stating it was too big and it had to fit on top of the shelf while behind him were FedEx packages bigger than the one I brought in and were laying on the floor.

I hate Fedex because they can’t scan the QR code of my package at this location but recommended me to come here and made me drive around to 2 other locations. Such a terrible experience with Fedex service and not professional at all.
