Lady working the mail and ship was already being rude and trying to get me to not ship my items there when i barely had walked up. She said they couldn’t do QR codes for labels, so i printed an actual label to which she said i could do. Then after i pay 5$ to print 4 sheets of paper, she proceeded to tell me that they cant ship my items there because they’re were “car parts” when it was just plastic items. I asked her if i could at least still ship 1 smaller box that was different to which she told me to just go to the fed ex store and when i asked for an explanation, she just ignored me and went to do something else. I don’t usually write reviews but the customer service was bad and a waste of time. People are too lazy to do their job nowadays.

THIS IS A FAKE FEDEX. THE LADY WAS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. which makes sense cuz it’s not real fedex. DO NOT COME HERE. You’ll for sure get your package lost. I had to retract my package back and the lady acted like offended and stuff 😅

Phone only let's me talk to a robot and stupid driver can never find my house. I will not do business with anyone who does business with fedex anymore. They charge to much to be this inept.

It took me a bit to figure out that FedEx is inside the Office Depot store.I was service quickly and was on my way in less than 5 minutes on a Saturday at ~1:30pm

Satellite site is located inside a larger business. Appears to have a slight staffing issue on each visit. The staff is proficient with the shipping process.The wait time is tolerable for those with limited patience.Note: Every review begins with 5 Stars. The establishment determines the after visit rating.

I have the package with the QR code for the first time return at Fedex and this time without printed label because they said in the email I can bring to any Fedex location nearby and they can print it for me. When I came, once again, they said they couldn’t scan the QR code. They said the QR code is limited for some Fedex location. At that time I was disappointed because they didn’t mention that I have to bring the QR code to “Fedex Center” and that’s when I realize I don’t know how many “type” of Fedex location are there.I searched on Google that there is no “Fedex Center” and the employees over there didn’t know either. They told me to go to” Fedex on site” where it’s inside of Tom Thumb. And I had to drive to the 3rd location and they said they couldn't scan the QR code either. I’ll never trust Fedex again. Too complicated for a package to return without printed label. Worst worst worst service ever.

This store claims to offer FedEx services, but when I attempted to drop off a return that required scanning a FedEx QR code, I was told that they couldn’t do this.How annoying.So it isn’t actually a FedEx services location.

This location is super helpful and the employees go above and beyond for their customers. If you need help they will do everything they can. I don’t remember the lady’s name that I spoke to this morning but she went above and beyond to help me. Thank you!
