“Robert Rodgers and Tracie ( Operations Manager) are great examples of servant leadership. I went here on a whim after the location closest to my house proved to be out of options to resolve my issue - my money order was lost by the passport processing agency in the mail. I could not find my money order slip to track down the order number itself. Robert and Tracie did not have to go the extra mile but did and worked very strategically to get my money credited back while the bank was busy. Most times, I'm used to no one taking true ownership to help a customer find resolve when it comes to customer service. Not sure who needs to see this but they both deserve a raise. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Kudos to you two!”
