When I purchase an item you get your money right then. If I return an item I should not have to wait for my money to be returned to me after 3 days.

I went in to return a pair of shoes and the cashier helping me could not seem to get off his phone. An incident that should’ve taken 5 minutes max had me standing there for at least 15 minutes. At one point he must’ve forgotten I was returning the shoes because he was so distracted by his phone that he started to charge me for the shoes that I was returning. I had to repeat confirmation steps 3 times and continually had to wait until he was done either texting someone or finding something else to do on his phone to continue with my return. It was completely unprofessional, especially with the line I had to wait in and the line that was still forming behind me. I really wish I knew his name so I could be more specific. I hope something is done to ensure this doesn’t happen to someone else again.

This store is ridiculous! Store hours show that they open at 11am ….here it is 11:15 and they’re still not open. This happens a lot! Someone from corporate need to come to this store and get rid of the people that make this establishment look bad! I won’t be shopping at Finish line anymore

I went on 12/26 to return a pair of leggings, since I didn’t have my debit card the employee that was helping me said he would have to ship my leggings back in order to get my refund back. I was okay with that. All he did was give me a return slip. I figured it would take a week to hear anything nope! I called the store the phone just rings! So I called customer service the rep told me he didn’t see anything in the system that was being returned so he reached out to the store spoke with someone and they had told him the return was never processed. This is ridiculous!!!

The store manager, suggested I can't return purchased shoes. He inspected the shoe throughly, and said it's worn. Of course we did, but just to try and it was for minutes. And didn't fit as I thought. Well it was expensive learning moment. I won't go back to that store. Is there 0* option here?

Antonio and Juan were true professionals today, both had excellent product knowledge and were able to assist me with everything that I needed. The shoes I wanted didn't happen to be available in the store, but with a little teamwork they got an order worked up for me and they should arrive at my door shortly. Antonio wins the best shoes award. Thank you both.

I was with my niece walking around the mall and decided to enter Finish Line just to see what gym shoes they had, since mine were looking ragged. The young sales man asked if we needed help, I responded "just looking." After awhile of looking at the wall of gym shoes my niece and I paced closer towards the entrance. While still following the shoe wall, we came across the same sales man. When he saw us he replied "oh, you guys again!" I was about to respond something very inappropriate for my niece's (she's 9 years of age) ears to hear. So I just held my tongue and left the store, fuming in anger! So needless to say, I'm going to be sharing my humiliating experience with all the people I know who shop there. By the way, the salesman was a thin young Latino looking man.

I came in to look for shoes for my son. Not once was I acknowledge as a profitable customer. I had to interrupt the associates conversation to get help. As soon as the employee realized how much money I was welling to drop, that's when I was a person in their store. I upsold myself by asking about shoe cleaners and extras accessories I should be getting that commission not the employee. Straight garbage

We attempted to exchange a pair of Nike that our daughter got for Christmas yesterday. They didn’t have the size we needed in stock. When we attempted to simply return with the receipt in hand an employee became upset and refused the return saying they don’t accept returns the day after Christmas that we needed to come back the next day. It was more the manner than the policy that was concerning. He basically followed us out complaining about his numbers for the day. Wouldn’t pushing everyone to the following day just delay the poor sales numbers than address the issue he’s concerned with? Forget customer service, let’s just worry about sales quotas. Hope your day gets better Al Bundy.
