Oil change was completed in a timely way. My truck had grease in numerous place where the technician had touched it. There was no obvious intent to clean up the smudges.

Dropped my car for wheel alignment this morning and I was called to come pick it up as it’s ready, when I arrived there my car hood was damaged , just had paint job done yesterday, they tried to evade the incident but I have pictures for my car before I dropped it there, called the police who advised me what to do next, now the branch manager Sean said he will investigate , I’m 100% sure it happened there and they are very aware but trying not to admit, will see you at the count, the car still with them.
It is very obvious that the car was over lifted and the hood was open and hit the sealing

It's rare to find a Firestone with great reviews, but my mom has been bringing her car in to this location and she highly recommended them to me. The staff here are very kind and honest with their customers, and to say I have a Firestone location closer to me, I will take the extra drive to come to this location any time I need service. Aaron helped me understand why my car has been giving me the same issue I've noticed over a couple of years that no one has yet to mention, but his honest words put a lot into perspective and helped me feel confident in returning again!

Service is alright, it’s what you would expect at a mechanic shop. I had brought in my 2019 Camry XSE for a tire change and so they needed my wheel lock. The wheel lock was used and never returned that day. After a couple months, I was looking for it and it was no where found in the car after the service. I called and the guy on the phone was no help and didn’t want to look in their lost n found after I had described the item and the pouch it was in. Instead was told to visit the next business day. If the mechanic had used our wheel lock I would expect it to be returned back in the car after the service or even appreciated a phone call about forgetting a wheel lock. The first time I had ever brought it in for tire change the mechanic used it and returned it in the car, so I would expect it for the second time… but I guess not.

I asked for Firestone to look into the idiot light on the dash. They told me, yes they looked, no problem. After I left the sight, the idiot light was still on. No explanation was given about why it was not fixed or why it was on.

I needed a state emission inspection on my vehicle. I had read some nightmare reviews about other local area car service businesses: including no inspection staff available and 3 hour waiting time; so I called Firestone to make sure they had someone there to do the emission testing. I also asked if I needed to make an appointment. A very pleasant and cheery gentleman, Sean, answered the phone. He told me that he had inspection staff available; that no appointment was needed;
that it was first come first served; and that I could come there right then if I wanted to. I went there within the hour. I was seen right away and I was in and out in less than a 1/2 hour.
Sean is a new manager at that site and he is very mannerly. I am a senior; and I appreciated him calling me Miss Karen, rather than by my first name. I had 5 star attention and 5 star service at 1325 Buckingham Rd. Garland, TX.

Sent a customer here for alignment and their technician said the tie rod was seized so couldn’t be aligned. I un seized it in less than a minute upon attempting. Wasted my time. I called in earlier to see if I can get it done today said yes but now cashier says the alignment technician isn’t here? Not one to play games I have things to do

Was helped by Aaron with getting some new tires on my truck. Got me a great deal, was extremely communicative, and got me helped and out the door in the right amount of time he said quoted. Great place to come for automotive help.

I had to drop my Subaru off over the weekend after hours after hitting a bad pothole. They were able to get me in quick and kept me updated. I can’t thank Aaron and Trent enough for their help.

I would like to just say it’s nice to see a high rating and it’s actually up to that standard. This is my first visit to this location and it moved me in a way to leave a review. Kirk Gordon and his team have been very kind, patient, helpful, and on top of that I even witnessed customer resolution and exceptional customer service. With a business where typically most of your customers are coming in with a problem or five it’s definitely needed to have a team that is about building great business. This is the team you want.
