This place is very respectful, clean, and honest. They're in the neighborhood and I would recommend them on their speed and efficiency. Just a heads up they are not a main Firestone meaning they can't take coupons which sucks but they're down the street and ready to work, that's hard to beat!

While having to have your car worked on is not fun, I meet 2 very nice gentlemen tonight that helped me navigate getting everything paid for. My firestone card did not want to work, but they were calm and patient while I figured out that I never activated my new card 🙃. Adam and Martin, thanks again.

Great garage! I came in hearing some grinding sounds around my wheels and they tried to find the least expensive fix for the problem. It was a free and easy fix. Just had to pay the diagnostic fee. However it didn't fix the issue. I was told if the problem persisted, I could bring it back in and they wouldn't charge a second diagnostic fee. They found the actual issue and fixed it at a reasonable price. I had a cracked wheel bearing.
Super friendly staff. Do note that this garage is a franchise owned location. That's why you won't find them listed on the Firestone website. They keep shorter hours. They try to give you all the guarantees the other stores provide and are willing to work with you. The service provided was top notch compared to other Firestone I've been to in the area.
Also the waiting room is much more spacious and comfortable looking than other Firestone garages. The garage as a whole looks cleaner.
Basically everyone near the front end spoke with me as I was leaving including the owner. Everyone was very kind.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. Record the conversations and keep the paperwork. They will LIE. I went to another Firestone who told me the struts did NOT need to be replaced, and that I should actually take it to the dealership as the car has lane assistance sensors, so they cannot service it. However, this Firestone said no such thing and instead tried to do an alignment they shouldn't have and lied to my credit card company.
I went in for an alignment on my 2019 Mustang and I had informed them I was going on a roadtrip - so it would be over 100 miles long. So I really needed the alignment fixed.
After I got my car back, it was still not aligned. I called and told them and they told me to come back in. They worked on it again and when I got my car back - it was STILL not aligned correctly! It still goes to the right. I didn’t come back a 3rd time since I already wasted about 2 hours and had to go back to work and had a road trip on the weekend.
I went to do a charge back with my credit card because they clearly failed to perform the work properly. They told my credit card company that I refused struts replacements and that I had cheap tires on it so the credit card company refused the charge back. This is completely not true. The tires were over $600+ total and it makes no sense I would refuse service when I'm about to go on a 100+ mile roadtrip.
DO NOT TRUST THEM.

It was okay. Thought I had a punched tire with a screw in it. But they said it didn't puncher through. They pulled it out and gave me air in all tires. However they charged me 22.00 for just putting it up in the air and pulling it out. Anywhere else they would have said no problem and go about my way with no charge.

To Whom it May Concern; this is not a corporate Firestone/Bridgestone location, this is a franchised location. This means that honoring corporate location-based Firestone warranties is at their discretion. For example, during one visit, I was told that my tires would not be able to be rotated for free, though that was included in the original warranty. I was told this was because I did not buy them at that specific location. I eventually got the free rotation, but it was not necessary to go through that trouble. Additionally, your service records from a franchised location like this will not show up in the corporate record database. This “service gap” could void certain warranties that require regular service check-ups the next time you take your vehicle to a corporate location.Locations like this are supposed to tell you when you walk in the door that they are franchised, though this location failed to do so. I also did not appreciate being pestered and told that I could get a discount on an oil change if I gave a 5-star Google review and mentioned one of the workers by name. If you care about the warranties you currently hold, as well as honest business practices, I would avoid going to this location.
