Easy scheduling, we settled on tires before I arrived so everything was ready to go when I showed up. Courteous and friendly staff, clean store. I’ve always been happy with my experiences with all Firestone locations i have been to, which is why I am a loyal customer. Many businesses today have forgotten what good customer service means. Thank you Firestone for continuing to provide excellent customer service. I wish other companies would learn from your example.

Drop vehicle off Fri afternoon to have them look at a few things said would look at it first thing Sat morning called them to check status on vehicle Sat afternoon because had not heard anything and was informed it would be Monday before they could look at it now no phone call or notification to let me know what was goin on need the vehicle back for Monday so I asked if could still look at it and pick up on Sunday was informed were closed Sunday but the sign on door and website shows them to be open on Sunday will not go back

Creditcard is a complete dud. I never received an e-mail of bill of any kind much less how much or where to send payment. I missed the payment and they reported to credit bureau which lowered my credit rating 250 points. I canceled the card immediately.

Was not briefed on crucial repairs needed. Literally could have destroyed my engine. Brake work was done prior to sharing information on a coolant leak. Front of house needs to work on sharing most crucial information with customers and not assume they can’t afford repairs. They should be able to share what repairs they recommend be top priority. Will not come to this particular location again.

Scheduled an appointment for today to get the alignment on my vehicle checked for vibration at high speeds. The staff found that it was actually a bad tire and offered a reasonable price for tire replacement, with no pressure to purchase it with them at that same time (as most places I have been to in the past have done). I very much appreciate the professionalism and courtesy this location provided today, I will definitely be back!!

This lady named Bella & guy named Greg (I think) is amazing. The last Firestone i went to didn't do there job right and Greg was so kinda to help me figure out what was actually wrong with my car. Bella help get my brakes checked out and she was so niceee. I was 2 hours late for my appointment and she still took me in and got me done in less than 40 minutes when I got there. I LOVEEEE this location. My A/C went out and I will be back to get that fixed and get my stocks replaced.

They are very efficient in providing their best work possible and is a plus that they are now open on Sundays, providing minor work oil changes as well as a typical tire work, as they will get you in and out in a timely manner, Thank you, FireStone, and Isabella too.!!
