Great place to get work done. I have been several times. Last time they told me that there was an extended warranty on an expensive repair, I had it fixed at the dealer, which would have cost me over a thousand at this location. Though they didn't get my business, I would definitely come back if I needed anything else.

Disgusting business practices. Added too much oil to my vehicle on purpose to negate the coupon I brought in with me. I will never return to Firestone.

The oil change and state inspection are taking over 4 hours. I wish I had been given a more accurate timeframe so I wouldn't be stuck here for so long.

We have 5 cars we take here regularly
There has been fantastic staff occassionaly. however it can be a total loss as anyone good ,gets moved to another store or Fired if the manager doesn't like them.
I just had my Explorer totally worked over for the year. Tires balanced and rotated, top synthtic oil change, front end alightment.
I got home to find all my tire twists were all missing. I called the manager, she told me they were never removed off my tires. I would like to know how to check air pressure on tires without removing them............?
She said they are not responsible and to buy my own. $3000-4000 ,I spend yearly and this is what she finds acceptable service. Maybe it is her time to go. Thoughts??????

I brought my car in for an oil change and a state inspection at 8:30 am on Saturday. I dropped the vehicle off. I called at 3:00 and was told they had not started on my car, but they would be soon. I called again at 5 pm and they said my car would be done in 30 minutes. I went at 5:30 and they still had not started my vehicle. I waited an additional hour and they finally completed the service. When I drove the vehicle the next day, every single light on the dash went on and I could smell oil burning. I called and was told to bring it in the next day. I had the vehicle towed to Firestone and called ahead of time to make sure someone was there to look at it. I was told to bring it in, as the technician was finishing up the another vehicle and should be able to look at it after that. After waiting4.5 hours I was told that the oil had been overfilled, causing the issue. No one apologized or thanked me for waiting over half the day to fix the issue they caused.

I really don’t like the attitude of the girls who at service desk, she gave us a hard time when we were there trying to get the oil change and inspection. I am sorry for the complaining but I will not coming back to this store again.

Terrible. 5+ hours to get the tires rotated. The tires i bought from them earlier in the year. You have to have them rotated by them to get it done free. Took over 5 hours. I'll never be back!!!
Update: ended up just leaving as they could not guarantee they could not get them done before closing.

Kacie put my mind at ease in choosing the right tires for my vehicle and made sure I understood all the warranties before leaving.

Kacie is absolutely WONDERFUL! As a female I always feel like I’m less likely to be taken advantage of (knowledge and money wise) when a kind woman is up front! Especially when they go above and beyond for you!!! Highly recommend this location ♥️
