Booked appointment for alignment and purchased lifetime alignment plan, after done nothing was changed still heading to left. Went back and told him, he asked his technician and said it is caster, we are not adjusting it, you need to go bodyshop. Bodyshop???? What do you mean? Next day went to their other location and they did alignment but still same problem. Today went to lexus park place service and they did correct alignment and my 22 lexus is good now.

After they reply, contact with them and also contacted with customer service. Everytime they said upoer management will contact in 2 business days. Still nobody contacted to solve it.

I cannot say enough good for this business. I am leaving to move back to Utah tomorrow and realized that I had a nail in my tire. I took it in today Memorial Day and they got me right in and not only that helped me because I am a veteran. They were polite, hard working, and wonderful service. Take your vehicle here!!!

I had a tire come off of my RV yesterday one block from this Firestone. The tire came off because the lugs all shared off so I removed the hub walked it into the firestone and they were the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Number one they wouldn’t knock the old bolts out so I could go next-door to O’Reilly’s auto parts and get new ones because they said I had to bring it in on the vehicle. I told them I couldn’t bring it in because I only had one tire holding the trailer up in the parking lot, which was one block from their store. They said they couldn’t get to it anyway I’d have to bring it back tomorrow. I wouldn’t give these people the time of day because of the way they treated me and the guy at O’Reilly‘s next-door said they are the worst people to deal with.

So far, everytime I have taken my car here I have gotten great customer service, quick service/repairs, and full communication about the issues and recommended fixes. They're a great place to bring your vehicle and are open Sunday which is a HUGE lifesaver for people who work the generic M-F 8-5 schedule

I went to Firestone last night, and the guys were incredible. I don't like to write reviews unless the service is really good or really bad. The service there was phenomenal. All Firestones are great, but they just went above and beyond with their customer service. You don't see this kind of service anymore.

I took my Jeep in for brakes and differential service. Due to a manufacturer issue, that turned out to be more complicated than expected. During this time, the technicians and manager took care to communicate issues, plans and ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. Other than the time taken due to the unexpected issue, I am completely satisfied with the outcome.

I got a flat on Naaman school road on January 1 and this Firestone was thankfully open. I drove over and they were able to put a donut on my car within minutes of me arriving. Corey, who was working the front desk, was friendly, helpful, and saw how stressed I was to have my 4 year old with me AND have a flat on Jan 1. He didn't charge me for the flat, which was such a blessing. Thanks, Firestone! A+ service for this stressed mama!

1) They are inconsiderate of people’s time. I agreed to leave our car overnight, as Keegan committed to get my service done at 8:00am the next morning for 2 new tires to replace 2 other cheaply made Firestone tires. The existing ones fell 20,000 miles short of their warranty. During this visit they had 12 new ones in stock. It took me calling them at 2pm the next day for them to finally start and get the job done over the next 2 hrs. 2) They don’t maintain/service their equipment. I bought a lifetime alignment there a couple years back, and had to ask them about the service during this visit. Keegan agreed this would be completed as well. When they finally got my tires mounted the next day, and the car sitting in the garage another hour, I personally had to go out to the garage to finally get him to come tell me what’s going on. He then told me their alignment machine was down and gave me an excuse that they had to get a technician out to diagnosis it, so I didn’t get my alignment done. He said he’d call me when the machine was fixed, or I could go somewhere else. 3) Pitiful customer service. They don’t live up to the Firestone name. After they didn’t perform the services I had already paid for, at checkout, I asked if they balanced all 4 Firestone tires. Keegan said they balanced the 2 new ones, that he was charging me $13/each for, but didn’t balance the other 2 Firestone tires, which they rotated. Keegan then lied about us not having balancing on those previously purchased tires and offered to sell me a ‘lifetime balance’ on those 8-month old tires. I have bought many Firestone tires, and many from this shop, balancing has always been included for any tires they sell/sold. But really what soured me on this place was that they were trying to upsell me on another ‘lifetime service’ in the same visit where they c/wouldn’t honor a service I had already purchased, and then failed to communicate with me on what was going on. Since Firestone tires are subpar, and cheaply Mexican made, the only thing this place offered before was decent service. Now that this is gone, I’ll be moving on from these sheisters.
