I had a specific appointment for an oil change and tire check, but was made to wait an hour. When I asked about it, I was told they were just busy, leaving g me to wonder, "why make appointments if they don't matter?"
They also made me wait when my tire sig al went off again. They said they checked and turned education it off, but it came back on. I have not been back. Will go somewhere else for service next time.

Only if I could give 0 STARS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THEY DONT MEAN WHAT THEY SAY & KEEP YOU WAITING FOR HOURS & HOURS. TOO SLOW TO GET THE JOB DONE.

Called to get menu pricing for an oil change. Rachel refused to give it to me. immediately called another Firestone and asked them, they kindly provided me the menu pricing. Her attitude and demeanor was not that of one who's desire is to help the customer.

I visited this location and it was not a great experience. I got a water pump replacement and coolant flush. They kept trying to tell me that stop
Leak was put in my car and it was never done . 3 days after leaving my engine locked on my car. They don’t know what they are doing! I had a mechanic come and look, he verified they messed my truck up but of course they are going to say it wasn’t them. My car went in needing to be fixed and left out the same! Don’t take your vehicle here for major work , tires are their specialty!

It must be awful to work in the customer area. Tried to get a simple quote for a replacement battery and was met with nothing but contempt. They both really went out of their way to act like a jerks. Maybe it's better in the mechanic area but the inside is really unbelievable. Had to walk out and go somewhere else. It's not that these two front desk people should be fired, It's not them. It's the guy who hired these two. THAT is where the problem is. Get rid of the GM and maybe the new one will create an atmosphere that won't chase off business. Be warned going here!

Went to get a patch and the patch didn’t work. Went to Discount Tires to get it fixed instead. Also missing a lug nut from my tire. Came for previous work now I’m not sure that was even worked on.

Over one year and a waste of $1100, I am still undoing the damage that they have caused. They installed low-quality brake rotors and brake pads that you can buy off Amazon for $20 a piece. And who on earth changes brake fluid? They charged me $20 for the fluid and $66 to pour the fluid in my car? This caused major issues months later. The only good thing that came out of this were the tires. All else, they scam people, especially those with little understanding basic car maintenance. I posted my invoice for reference. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Came here for the first time today 10-16-2024. I needed 2 new back tires. 2.5 hours later I’m still waiting. My truck hasn’t moved. They’re not busy. This is ridiculous. I won’t ever come back or suggest this place.

As other reviewers have noted, these people are quick to take advantage. They will quote you a ridiculous price for something that should be an easy fix. Will not be back.

Came in with an appointment at 11am for an alignment and tires balance. I was told to come in prior to 2pm as the machine is limited. Wasted 5+ hours waiting (have to walk out there at 3:45pm) and the vehicle still sitting in the parking lot. When I talk to the front desk, their excuses was that they are swamped with the other services. It should be a courtesy to let the client know it could not be completed after a certain of time instead of letting it wait out. Very inconsiderate of people time.

I went in-person on Wednesday to schedule an appointment for Friday. The staff told me the first available appointment was at 8 a.m. (later, I found out that 7 a.m. slots were available online for the same day, which was already frustrating). I arrived at 7:50 a.m. on Friday, only to wait 15 minutes in line just to speak to a representative. When I finally got to the desk, they informed me they couldn’t honor my appointment due to being understaffed. Why even accept appointments if you’re understaffed?
They told me it would take two hours to get my car serviced, and I could either wait or drop off the car. I chose to leave and took an Uber back home. After four hours without hearing from them, I called to check on the status. They told me they were servicing a lot of cars, but mine was “next.” I waited an additional three hours and called again, only to be told once more that my car was "next." Finally, at 5 p.m., I called them again, and they told me my car was ready. No call from their side—absolutely no courtesy to let me know it was done. It took them nine hours just to do a simple wheel alignment!
To make things worse, as I drove home, I noticed a strange noise coming from my car. Needless to say, I’m not going back to them. I’ll find another service center. After reading reviews from others, I can see this seems to be a common experience. I should have listened to them.
This business needs to learn basic customer service. If they continue treating customers like this, I doubt they’ll stay in business much longer. It’s unfortunate that I had to write this, but I want to warn others: stay away from this place.

I have been going to this location for years and the last few times here have been bad experiences. I bought new tires and got an alignment, and they told me I needed over 1k in repairs for the alignment because it was too far off. On my way home I know something was wrong, they had forgotten to tighten the lug nuts. I could loosen them with my fingers, so I had to tighten with my lug wrench and take it back. No wonder the alignment was so far off. The last time I was there for an alignment they had my car for two days and they said needed more time. I took it elsewhere and it was done in a few hours.

I usually don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but the customer service at this location is singlehandedly the worst I’ve ever experienced and is the first and last time I’ll be bringing our cars there. If you value your time, do not go here. My wife’s car has been in their shop for about 3 weeks now. They fixed a botched repair from another Firestone. Was told it’d take about 2 days and ended up taking about 2 weeks. No communication from the staff at any point during this, we had to keep calling every single day to check the status of our car, with Firestone saying every time it’d be done the next day (it wasn’t). Fast forward to when that repair was done and as soon as we drive off we hear a popping sound indicative of the control arm fix not being done properly. So we have to turn around and drop it off the next day for them to take a look at it again. They said it’d be looked at that day, but it’s been 4 more days now and they said they still don’t know when it will be looked at and that “I just relay what the mechanic tells me”. An incredibly frustrating experience that’s left us without our car for several weeks without any communication. I’m extremely concerned at how long it’s taken for us to even have our car looked at, and the fact that their repair was done improperly didn’t seem to warrant any response or any sense of urgency from them. I can’t imagine what other repairs have issues from this shop. I don’t trust anything this Firestone does at this point. This whole shop needs to address some serious issues, as it’s incredibly mismanaged from top to bottom.
