I typically don't write reviews but this was bad enough to take the time to do so. I needed an alignment on my truck due to it pulling to the right a little. I made a appointment for 11am. It said to show up early which I did. After having to ask twice what time they were going to get my truck in to start working on it they finally got it in at 12:05. They had it back working on it close to an hour. When I went up to the counter (which both of the counter employees were very nice), the man helping me showed me the report which shows the before and after work that was done meaning the degrees of which the wheels were off originally and the correction that was done. The cross caster was originally off by 1.7%. When I got it back from them "correcting" it, it was 2.9% off. Now my truck pulls twice as hard to the right as it did before I took it to them. The man at the counter had the tech that worked on it come talk to me and explain it. His explanation was that I had big tires and a lift on the truck and that was all he could do. The fact that they were knowingly going to give me back my truck in worse condition than when it went in is mind blowing to me. None of this would have come to light if I didn't know what I was talking about and bring up the issue myself, which is the main reason I am writing this. In the end, they ended up not charging me and said I should take my truck somewhere else to be aligned. If you don't know much about the work that they are doing I would highly advise finding a more reputable shop.

My car was making noises. They said the rear brakes were damaged. They said after fixing the rear brake, the noise would go away. They said they fixed it but the noise got worse. Plus, they overcharged me $1300 for service. Other car shops only charge less than $500 for brake service. I felt taken advantage of being a woman. Alan, the manager, was not honest with me.

Terrible experience. Quoted 2 hours or under for 2 tires. Waited 2 hours, car hasn't even been pulled in. They could care less about the customer. When I asked them updates they just ignored me. I'll never be back.

The Customer service here is absolutely horrible. They don’t acknowledge customers at all. Walked in and two of the older employees didn’t even bat an eye, note said anything. I have come here many times and every visit just proves my statement. I came again to get my tire pressure fixed, and they said to pull around back. After pulling around they looked at me and closed the garage door. Service here is a complete EMBARRASSMENT and looking at the previous reviews, Firestone needs to take some action on this as this is unacceptable.

I scheduled an appointment for 6pm on Thursday, January 18th. I sat in the lobby for about 1 and 1/2 hours before being told that I has to return the next day for my service. For the inconvenience I was given a discount.

January 9,2024. I really wish I can give 0 stars. I came to get a battery replaced. Dropped off at 10am came at 5pm to know it’s still not done. lol how long does it take to get a battery replace. Shoot replace the technicians?

Let me preface by saying I understand what customer service entails including all of its challenges. I’m generally positive and very optimistic by nature, and fairly patient bc I understand that s#!t happens.. This is literally the first time I’ve ever had to leave a negative remark about any business.. But if you value your time and hard-earned money, and you want to protect your finances then I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. AND HERE’S WHY:I originally went to this store the evening of Thurs, Dec 28 to get a quote for four new tires, and an alignment. I took my car in the following day on Fri, Dec 29 to have it serviced. After being there 4 — 5 hrs, left their store with NO ISSUES whatsoever. That was until the following morn (Sat Dec 30), coincidentally my TPS light were all lit up on the dashboard.. I call that Sat afternoon and spoke to Alan explaining the situation over the phone around 3 — 4pm in the afternoon, and he recommended to bring it back next day (Sun, Dec 31) indicating they were too busy to take in any other vehicles. I had to wait until Mon, Jan 1st due to personal reasons.. brought my vehicle back to have the TPS lights checked out. A young lady who helped me finally explained the issue after waiting another 4 — 5 hrs. Unfortunately they had to place an order for said TPS devices since they didn’t have it in stock. She told me that they’d call me back once those arrived in store. I get home that same evening only to find that one of their techs who worked on my car damaged one of my wheels and broke the hubcap to it. And didn’t bother telling anyone. AT ALL. The following day (Tues, Jan 2nd), waited all day long but didn’t hear anything from this store. So I proceeded to follow back up with them by phone that evening and spoke to Alan again. He told me the TPS devices didn’t arrive yet, and that he’d follow back up with that order.. He assures me that they’ll call me once the order arrives. It is TODAY (Wed, Jan 3) and still no word from the store so I decided to give them a call bc at this point I just don’t have any confidence that they will follow up with me. I once again speak with Alan.. He initially tells me that the ordered hasn’t arrived, and I responded by asking if they’ll call me or if I need to call back in to confirm that order. Mind you they have failed to reach out to me by phone, and it’s been entirely up to me to be more proactive about this whole ordeal.. That’s when Alan changes his response to go do a more diligent check for that order. Places me on brief hold, and comes back to confirm that the order is in-store. IN THAT MOMENT, Alan tells me that they’re too busy.. But then pauses, and corrects himself and says “you know what, go ahead and bring your car in and we’ll have it done within the hour or so” I get to the store, and they literally weren’t even busy at a glance as they had only maybe two vehicles in their bay areas being worked on. But the service ends up taking an additional 2 — 3 hours, and bc I’ve had to be more proactive at this point I noticed my car was staged into a parking space back in front.. At this point, I am purely frustrated with this whole experience! Once I finish checking out for the TPS device installation, I told Alan that one of his techs had broken one of my wheel hubcaps and what is the best way to get this handled.. I remained calm but was so upset (screaming inside my head), bc nobody bothered telling me about the broken hubcap issue along with the combination of issues I’ve personally encountered at this store.. What I have learned by this whole experience??! THIS STORE seriously lacks leadership, customer service, integrity. This store overall was very unprofessional and unpleasant to deal with! If you value your time and money then save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.. But if you choose to still go to this store for any kind of service then proceed with extreme caution and be aware that they will upsell you on their other products and services. DO NOT EXPECT 5-star service.. You’ve been warned. ~An
