Get it together guys! I went up there for a quote on an edger. They gave me a quote, I went home to get the edger and bring it back and it was a different girl working and she said they wouldn't even take an edger. Wouldn't honor the quote I had just got or nothing

Don’t go to this location. I bought a very expensive ring from this location on lay away and the day I paid it off all of the sudden they couldn’t find the ring. This location is 100% fraud. Do not shop this location. I have already started a lawsuit against them.

Staff is extremely rude, extremely disrespectful and they do not give you any notification that your loan needs to be paid until the day of it’s going to be put out on the floor. I do NOT recommend anyone go here to unless you want to be scammed out of your money!

I had called and asked them how much I could get for a computer and they told me I could get a certain amount and then they told me to go ahead and go up there and when I get up there they told me that they are not able to buy it from me even though I'll give him the all the information for the computer beforehand. I won't be wasting my time here ever again

Thought the staff is pleasant to look at. I have never had a good experience in this location. The staff is often rude and chooses to cater to a lighter color of brown skin. Spanish people are treated well at this location as Africa Americans always seem to have complaints about this location. As for management, your not even allowed to speak to them as the staff guards them as the were the crown jewels. I keep trying to give this place another chance but in the 6 years I've lived in Garland. This is how this 1st street branch operates.

Emilio was AMAZING!! They were very busy for Christmas, and when it was my turn, he showed me everything I wanted to see!! Then he cleaned my item and put it in a gift bag for my niece!! Just AMAZING!!

What can I say I use to come here all the time I got really reliable for them to help me out in a bind but I bought some Airpods before I headed out of town and I just found out that they are fake it's to late for me to return them with the insurance I bought cause I was out for almost 2 months out of town but it's the last time I buy anything electrical with them first it was my little speaker that broke in less than a month and now these fake Airpods they need to do way better at investigating these type of things because you just pulling a fast one to your customers $25 dollars fakepods being sold for $100 it's just not right do better please.
