It is no surprise how Francesca's has been open for so long. Adilene, the store manager, has been energetic the entire time.
Very attentive staff, full of energy, and always helpful. There hasn't been a single day when visiting that we aren't greeted with a smile and a rundown of all the deals.
Will be here again! Amazing energy, diverse selection, and the positive attitude go amazingly with this store.

If I can give zero stars, I would. Staff here does not know what is customer service. HAD AN ATTITUDE the entire time and could not refund my $$ back for my returns. One of the staff had attitude and was argumentative for a simple refund. She did not know how to refund the $$ to begin with and started to make FALSE statement on the store return policy.The returns I made were still valid from the purchase date, and did not past 21 days. The return policy was repeated many times to her, however, she kept arguing back saying , "refunds is based on the current selling price in store and can't give you the refunds based on what you bought." How can she not know the store return policy?! The store return policy stated, " Go to any of our boutiques with your item(s) and we'll be happy to refund the PURCHASE PRICE of the item(s) returned to your original payment method". It never mention anything on "refunds will be based on current store selling price."The return and refund should have been VERY SIMPLE, yet the staff was pretty IGNORANT AND WAS NOT PROPERLY TRAINED. She should not be working there ESPECIALLY not knowing the store policy.

I’ve shopped at other Francesca’s particularly the Plano/Frisco area and this store had meager pickings with some of the weirdest employees I’ve encountered. As soon as I entered I was stared out throughout my entire shopping experience by the blonde chick with short hair. I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable as this girl made me feel. Unfortunately I was with my mom and grandma, but I most definitely would have gone off had that not been the case because it was that constant of staring. I’ve never had this experience with other stores or other companies, so not sure if she thought I was going to steal or what, but seriously the fact that even after I looked up at her and she stared was so weird. If your a minority, definitely skip this store, not sure what that girls problem was, nor did I care for the fake attempt at being nice at the register. The other girl working at the time was fine and did not make me feel uncomfortable at all, she just did her job. So again, not sure what this blonde chicks problem was but clearly she doesn’t have any social awareness on staring for long periods of time.
