This company continues to ignore my ‘no soliciting’ (very visible) and ring my doorbell.. I don’t want your crap service and you keep waking my newborn. I’ll never use frontier for this reason. Absolutely ridiculous

I contacted them about my internet being down originally on a Wednesday around 5 pm. I am now told that a technician isn't available to assist until SATURDAY afternoon. Completely unacceptable especially after raising my bill 25%

Terrible service- we have been trying to get internet at our house in Garland for a week and have been treated rudely, spent hours on the phone, and still no progress towards getting set up. Will be choosing another provider

The absolute worst , hate I moved over here because this is the only service out here for another month . Can't reach anyone by phone
when the steps they provide don't work, they take your money but don't provide you with full acct info which they ask for to access, you can only chat message a robot but it's a robot so it doesn't provide all assistance. Get your Internet from your cell phone company these ppl are a joke

They have a cancellation fee of $50 they just changed the name of the fee when you cancel your internet with them you will be charged a $50 fee nothing you can do about it.

Total scam shady business practices and lying. I made the mistake of calling the phone number on the Internet thinking I was calling spectrum frontier answered the phone and said they were also spectrum. When the guy asked for my social, I said forget it I’m not interested, and I thought I was talking to spectrum as you stated. I receive an email for service. I never agreed to or signed up for an installation scheduled for the next day. 4 1/2 hours later finally I think got it corrected fraud. I will soon as I find out who to report this to I will.
