I lived here for about a year and a half, and overall it was a very good experience. The community was nice and the place felt comfortable. I especially want to thank Ms. Elizabeth from the leasing office. She was always very kind, respectful, and supportive. She went above and beyond to help me whenever I needed something and always kept her promises. I really appreciate her professional attitude and warm personality.

The only apartments I've ever lived where there is actually emergency maintenance and the manager actually shows up when needed no matter what time.

This place has come a long way, I’ve seen management change so many times. The ones that are here now are the ones who have lasted the longest. And they are doing an awesome job. Don’t let the negative comments scare you. My parents and I have lived here for over 9 yrs and have thought about moving a few times just for a change of scenery but we always seem to come right back to staying here. These are som great apartments and are very spacious and affordable.

I lived here for a while and honestly it’s the best choice I’ve done, the management is great very sweet,kind and fast in getting things done I have no complaints, some of y’all complain about roaches which y’all much be doing something wrong because I don’t have any not only that they actually open the pool !!

I love living here. The office staff and maintenance staff are nice. They get things done fast. I highly recommend this place to anyone. They always have goodies for the kids and residents.

The apartments are what you make of it. I love it here they are all bills paid and the apartments are big and spacious. Love the built in vanity in my apartment.

All these negative reviews are obviously from people that don’t like the community rules. I believe rules are there for a reason. I’ve been here 3yrs and zero problems. And if you have roaches you must not be too clean because I don’t have any, but again I keep a clean space. Price is good. All bills paid!
