I bought a TORO chainsaw from the center, after a few cuts the saw stopped. I called the center and after a day Alonso called me back and diagnosed the issue. I sent the battery and charger for further diagnosis .Alonso founf battery was faulty and sent out another one.even after 30 days from purchase they solved the problem without sending me to the wilderness of manufacture warranty. Great service highly recommend. RS

This turned out to be a pick up for an on line
Auction site. They have great items and products really good prices. The site was AUCTION HUB TEXAS. They are a site that has several affiliates all over the metro plex. Check them out. You won't regret it.

We need just a few more sheets of seaglass tile to complete a project and Garland Home Center had a 5 pack so we didn’t have to order a case from Home Depot. Placed our order on 3/21/24 and received the shipment on 3/25. Very happy with the communication and service we received!

I've called 9 times over two days and no one ever answers the phone. I ordered online and they shipped the wrong item. I just want what I paid for but I'm getting a sinking feeling I'm going to get stuck having to contest the transaction with my credit card company.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!I ordered 4 outdoor rockers to be delivered to our business. Garland set-up FedEx to deliver. Cost was $800.00. After not seeing anything for two weeks, I inquired with Garland. They sent me a note from FedEx with a copy of a signature for the chairs along with the time and place the chairs were delivered.The chairs were never delivered and the "signature" was a simple printing of my first initial and last name which was on the shipping label. The signature was forged.FedEx stated the shipping company (Garland) had to file the claim for reimbursementUnbeknownst to FedEx we have cameras that cover the entire entrance an lobby of the building and the area the chairs were supposed to delivered to. Video was secured for the time identified as the deliver time and there was no FedEx truck on property anytime that day or week - no less the hour detailed on the delivery manifest.A copy of the video was provided to Garland for them to contest the supposed delivery. A day later I received an email from Garland saying FedEx denied the claim and that Garland would not honor the loss.DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Extremely poor phone support from sales department, requested a shipping quote Monday 3 days ago for an item purchased 10/31/21 and I still haven’t received a quote as promised nor received a call back within the promised timeframe. I have attempted calling 3 times in the past 4 hrs and every time the call usually goes to voicemail. Avoid at all costs for online purchases and save yourself the headache

(-5 Star cheaters) I wouldn't allow any bed faith, liars and dishonest people to make money from me that way. I went through ordering a Rheem water softener which was advertised for $269.99. At the checkout the SHIPPING CHARGE was $399.99, totaling around $700. If this is while ordering - what will happen if I need a customer service from cheaters.
