I got in a car accident on 205 and while i was waiting for triple a to come they came, loaded up my car, and before i could even talk to them drove off with it. mind you, the police officer on sight said the tow driver would ask me where i wanted my car towed. so after they towed it without my consent they denied having it until i called the cops and they said they had it. so after them having my car for only an hour and a half they charged me 700 DOLLARS to pick it up. oh and they had the rudest customer service ever, so if you’re in an accident and todd’s towing gets called tell them no!!!

When I was visiting, I got stuck in the mud on Lakeview Trail in Quinlan. After no results when reaching out to my roadside assistance with Geico, I contacted this company. It was a Sunday afternoon and they got to me with in 2 hours. He was professional, thoughtful and quick. Do not hesitate to call upon them.

excellent experience. my car was in a garage with a small entry way.battery dead ,flat tiers. the driver called to tell me when he would be arriving. did an amazing job of quickly getting the car out and onto the truck.towed the car where it needed to go .and called to tell me the job was completed. it doesn't get better than that. they know what they are doing!

Did not use them they were too expensive needed a tow 2.6 miles they wanted to charge more than $200.
