Usually nice customer service, but the guy who was in the store on Feb 11th around 1:30pm -who refused to give his name- was the rudest I have ever heard of!

I have been going to this store for about 2 years. Today I had the worst experience. The man in the store today is really rude and racist. He refused to sell me whey protein and creatine because he thinks I will cancel the routine discounts after the purchase even though I told him I’m not going to cancel the routine discount this time. He said that I did cancel that multiple times before so he will not use the routine discount for me. I explained him this is my right and I’m not doing anything wrong. I cannot believe what was in that man brain when he treated me like this. I will wait for the manager to call me otherwise I will upload the whole video and I will take the legal action against this store.

I went in a few weeks ago looking for a heart safe fat burner, the girl working gave me showed me one, said it was a non stimulant and would be safe. I couldn't read the print on the bottle because it was so small, I didn't have my glasses. I got home and it had an outrageous amount of caffeine. It was basically a pre workout.I came back to return it, and found out the girl had been let go.Lizzie was there to help me this time. She took me directly to the product I needed. She was super knowledgeable about all of the products in the store,And was able to answer all my questions and concerns without hesitation.

Do your research before going into any GNC. No matter what you're looking for, they will try to pedal their own product on you. I walked in today to get myself Ryse protein powder. Which was specifically recommended by my coach. They only had one flavor, and according to the guy that helped me, 1g of sugar is too much. If you look at my picture, I'm pretty sure you can tell I know what I'm doing. Not once have I used a GNC product. Nice try GNC.

I came to the store the other day to get some vitamin, but the store has the very close expiration date so the store recommended me to order from the warehouse to get it ship for further expiration date, if not I can bring it in store to return. But when I came back to return as the Gummy completely melted, expired within 4 months. They refused and told me to pay shipping fee to return online with the reason over 12 items. I read all over the return policy, there is no place says you can not return over 12 items. They just try to take your money and not take any responsible for damage, close expiration date products.

Worst purchase experience. Very rude representative. Return is very hard. Tried to return my stuff in a store near me said no this is a franchise store need to go to corporate store. Went to a corporate store said no you need to go to the store that you bought the stuff from. Went there which was met with very rude treatment. I had a coupon which I used to buy my stuff with $10 off any purchase. I bought 2 Creatine. I decided to return one. The representative told me you will be only using now half of the coupon. I told him that this coupon is for any purchase which means I can use it all. He said if you do not like that you are welcome to take your stuff and leave and not wishing to discuss.I do not think I will ever use this brand anymore.

I had a great experience at this location! Mark was an expert in all the products that I had questions about! He gave me insight and knowledge about the ingredients of supplements! Helping me make the best decisions on what protein to buy and my purchase qualified for a free energy drink! I’m always coming back! Mark’s customer service and knowledge was the best I’ve ever gotten from a supplement shop, and I’ve been supplementing my weight lifting for over a decade! Thank you Mark!

While shopping at the store, I started to sweat profusely and I checked with the cashier if the AC is broken and he confirmed that it is indeed not working. Anyway, when I got home and opened the bars, they were all melted and destroyed. Clearly the AC had not been working for a while in the store. This is a serious health hazard. They kept selling products that have gone bad due to the excess heat in the store. I sent an email to the customer service and even had a chat with multiple customer agents but all seem to just blatantly ignore the issue.
