This location is my favorite to shop and it is convenient for me. Workers are nice and helpful. I have only ever had 1 complaint and that is that when they price things that they be more considerate as to where they place the sticker or write directly on the item. Sometimes it can ruin an item if we aren't able to remove the sticker/writing easily or if it scratches or discolor the item trying to remove the sticker or writing. Please take this into consideration when pricing items or as a customer, when purchasing. Thank you!

Dropped off a few things at the donation, the kid was rude, yanking the bags from my arms before i could finish pulling the single bag out of my car.... and I had to ask for the donation slip for tax reasons. I get it. It's a whatever job but I was genuinely kind. Perhaps he was going through somethings and was in his head about it. Hope he gets through whatever it is he is going through.

Ask the cashier to hold my items, because I forgot my wallet. When I returned, 15 minutes later, my items were nowhere to be found.

Lots of unique and retro finds.Items are often quite dirty-so dress appropriately. Some prices are reasonable...but others are surprisingly high. Unless the item is a must, you may want to shop around and other thrift stores. Note their purses and dresses are the highest priced I have found in DFW thrift stores. Most staff is very friendly. The cashier will ask if you want to round your change up to the next whole dollar value to support their programs. I do when I am getting good deals...but not with purses or dresses as those prices are not a great value. Also, please note. Goodwill tends to write prices directly on the item and some don't come off. I bought two pictures for $6.06 each and you can see the price through the arrtwork. What a disappointment!

This is the second to me we've come to drop off items and they have said--we are not taking donations. I even called yesterday to make sure they were and the lady who answered the phone said they were taking donations yesterday until 6pm and today until 6pm. We get there and were told by the staff member on the donation side--you'll have to go somewhere else. We're not taking donations. She did give us a handy dandy sheet for other locations, but apparently they're not staffed enough to answer the phone.

Prices are great now that Covid is over. This is the best organized thrift store for it's size. It's always stocked with furniture since the summer is here. They always have name brands at this location. Hand bags and name brand shoes and heels. The public restrooms stay clean as well.

Called and they said they were taking donations. When we arrived they were taking stuff from a person and when we drove up they wouldn't take ours. The man was rude and said they didn't want our donation. No idea why my stuff was not as good as the person's in front of me.

I love this Goodwill! The one off of 30 and Broadway is slacking! This store has soooo much stuff, it's great. I found tons of vintage clothes and great handbags. Some of it is overpriced imo due to the fact each category of clothing is the same price depending on what it is, ie blouses are all $7.99. Great when you find a gem, but is a little overpriced too.

It’s outrageous the price of the stuff are extremely high! The stuff that are donated they are putting prices like if it was new! People donate their stuff so goodwill can help other people with the money they get from the stuff they selling! They even ask for donations at the cashier! Is it enough with the stuff we buy!? It’s ridiculous
