I’m so so disappointed and frustrated by the experience. There is one lady who does excellent haircut. The last time I came, she cut my hair, and I left feeling amazing because I genuinely looked more handsome. She spent the time to really understand what I wanted and cut little by little until I liked my hair. But when I came today, there was an old lady, showed couple
of reference pics. She did a worst haircut never I had in my life. I was very careful to explain what I wanted but she started cutting quickly and carelessly. Also she wasn’t understanding my english. I mentioned her to take care of a part of my hair properly so that it doesn’t end up curly. She didn’t follow that as she was not understanding my English. Why do you even appoint people who are not so communicative and are old.I come all the way from Frisco to Garland to get a hair cut I wish for. I have had bad experiences with Great clips employees in different branches, I just got one store here in Garland and a lady who perfectly understood the hair style I needed and this again ends up like this. I’m leaving feeling uglier than I came and extremely disappointed. I will be never choosing Great clips again. Spending freaking 19$ and ending up disappointed is worst on Great clips part. Interview people who are completely capable enough to do this job, not just randomly do it as they wish.

I’m very disappointed to be leaving this review. I’m going to start by saying that there is one stylist here who is EXCEPTIONAL. The last time I came, she cut my hair, and I left feeling amazing because I genuinely looked more handsome. She spent the time to really understand what I wanted and cut little by little until I liked my hair. But when I came today, I showed a different lady a photo of my haircut from the last time. She cut it WAY too short, and it doesn’t look anything alike. I was very careful to explain what I wanted even showing a supporting photo, but she started cutting quickly and carelessly. Then she had the nerve to try to sell me product because my hair “is so thin” (her words). I told her no because I had already bought product there, and she kept trying. After my haircut, she just left it wet and didn’t put any effort into styling it. I’m leaving feeling uglier than I came and extremely disappointed. I will be coming back for my haircut in the future, but I won’t let ANYONE cut my hair except the first lady I mentioned.

I go here a lot and the service and people are great. I always ask for Flor she always gets my hair just how I like it and she is so nice. I 100% recommend her for her expertise and because she is such a great person.

Name of this place is ironic. I have never gotten a good haircut after several visits. It's like they don't want you to look good or have no experience cutting hair. It's ridiculous. Never again
