Worst experience. Store was hot and there was one cashier working. 1 worker was behind her folding clothes, one walked around hanging up clothes and one walking around. I had to ask to get help and then the 2 girls showed up and the line moved. They all acted like they didn’t see the line. I’ll go to another location. This one is terrible!’

Honestly never had an experience quite like this while shopping in Retail… just off the bat I walk in the store in the middle of the day there’s about 4 girls working and not one came up to me or said anything the whole time I was in there for a good 35 minutes. I was the ONLY person in the store too which is why it was so weird.. the girls were just super snobby idk you could tell they were super comfortable acting this way. When I asked if anyone had worn their bikinis before they all just kinda looked at me and answered super plainly and annoyed. Hollister has such nice beautiful clothes and I think their employees should reflect that.

Always come here for clothes. Prices are kinda expensive but they always have amazing clothes and good quality.

Manager was beyond rude. He actually left me speechless with the way he was speaking to me. We still had shopping to do and he made me feel uncomfortable to the point that we left the store.

I got to the store at 7:35, I was standing in line, when the cashier said "after this person I'm not taking anymore", then I said "we're the last ones." I want to clarify that online it states that it closes at 8 and it happened before 8PM, and when we left the store we saw that he did attend someone else. I felt discriminated.

Tried to exchange something just for a merchandise card, both workers had zero customer service I work in retail myself and their attitudes were annoying they said since it had no tag they couldn’t so I went to another location and they had zero problems and were very sweet :). Was sad because this location usually has cuter stuff?

Solid customer service: I had COVID and missed my return/exchange window on an item. I spoke to the manager and they were happy to allow me to return/exchange once I had recovered and was able to come into the store again. Thanks!
