My son is 17 and he went to work with a guy at this company on September 27 of 2025 the lady that they were moving contacted me to let me know that she was bringing my child home because the guy that my son was helping was very disrespectful and rude throwing things at him smoking weed in the truck with my child having my son put weed in his pipe for him first of all Unprofessional On top of that, he did not want to pay my son. He still owes him seven dollars, but my son is good on the seven dollars he needed it more than my son did. Apparently the lady that my son and this guy was moving told me Was the only one working while he was just laid out on the stairs to me. This sounds like some type of racist stuff number one my son is 17 and when I tried to reach out to this man, he did not want to answer the phone. Steady texting my son he also tried to make my son mad by letting him know that the reason he did not answer his calls when he was calling him while my son was at home, trying to get his money was because he was on the phone with new movers first of all, my son will never work for this company or this man ever again and whoever is allowing this man to work in to do this business really needs to start investigating their employees and making sure their backgrounds are good. First of all don’t throw away anything at my Child. I think the lady that brought my son home and she paid my son out of her own pocket and also fed my son because this rude disrespectful man did not wanna allow my son to have breaks. Give him anything to drink or food. I think this world is full of nothing but wicked and evil people may God bless you all

The worse company I have ever used. Old guy constantly sitting down taking breaks. Broke the legs on my dryer. Mark the owner doesn’t answer calls once you confirm the move. The load you then hold your stuff hostage wanting to get paid before they finish breaking your stuff. All my boxes are damaged. Glasses are broken and the truck has roaches. Old man can barely walk and has the nerve to have an attitude. They even hurt each other while moving. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I booked for Thursday at 3pm but was informed Wednesday that I could not move in until the next day. They reached out to me a few hours after I was informed, while I was working. I let them know the situation. They proceeded to say the booked the entire day for my 3pm start, called me a liar, spoke to me incredibly rudely, and then blocked me before I could respond. Very unprofessional, unkind, and inconsiderate.

I used them this past weekend and they were amazing. I am glad I contacted them and they are affordable too. The guys that moved our things were friendly and patient. They were also very fast and knew what they were doing. I would recommend them anytime any day. The only thing is they need a bigger truck instead of the 16ft.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this moving company! Scheduled for 8am they didn’t show until 9:50am.
One of the guys was so rude and did not care about our furniture. He didn’t want to cover anything, said “I’m not going to waste my time doing that.” Then he helped himself to food we had on our table for our kids without even asking. This was the most unprofessional moving company we have ever used.
Moving is already stressful enough and this guy made it horrible . We had them only do 1 trip and looked for another moving company.

TERRIBLE do not use! They scratched basically all of my furniture and even my tv screen. We didn't noticed until after we started putting everything in place. Reached out to the person I was originally communicating with and they said I would have had to tell the movers when they were there. So they did nothing to make it right whatsoever. Hire these guys if you want ALL your furniture and TVs scratched!

Home Movers LLC moved me from a house to an apartment 3 weeks ago. The trip was from Arlington to Garland. I was told via the messenger app that the truck will be a 20 ft truck but they arrived in a 16 ft. My son and I were panicking because we thought everything was not going to fit in the truck! Thankfully, they got everything on the truck. The movers were very friendly but my washing machine was broken somehow! I didn’t realize something was wrong with it until a few days later when I put my clothes in to wash. My washer made a loud grinding sound! I had to find someone to come out to fix it. The repair man charged me $125! He said it was damaged really bad under the bottom because of the way it was handled. I called Home Movers after he left. I knew I wasn’t going to be reimbursed but I wanted them to be aware. This guy name Mark tried to explain about how I was suppose to have secured the washer. He made it sound like it was my fault! How would I know anything like that! I told him that they should suggest whatever he was referring to to the customers who have washing machines for future reference! The cost they charge for moving is great!

Absolutely the worst people in the world. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WE PAID IN ADVANCE TO SECURE OR TIME SLOT. THEN THINGS CHANGED, WE ASKED THEM TO REFUND US THE $300 WE PAID THEM. NOW THEY ARE GHOSTING US AND BLOCKED US ON ALL STREAMS OF COMMUNICATION. THIEVES THIEVES THIEVES. KARMA WILL CATCH UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. I AM GETTING EVERYONE IN THE SYSTEM INVOLVED TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Promised with a 20 ft truck showed up with 14ft truck saying 20ft having issues at the last minute, costing couple trips. Movers were inexperienced, very unprofessional (asked for food multiple times, throwing my furniture/electronics around like no respect to the client) didn't use wraps even though Mark told they provide wraps and blankets. Movers damaged my refrigerator, scratched and damaged several furniture. I followed them to my destination they speed and weaving through traffic dangerously. When asking him about the damage to my refrigerator he said they will take care of it, since then haven’t heard anything back nor he replied to my texts. DO NOT use them, you’ll get what you pay for, big regrets!!!

If I could give 0 ☆☆I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!!!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. And I only wished I would have read these reviews before hiring them! NEVER AGAIN! A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! YES! The one guy showed up in flip flops, and a day worker. Blood shot eyes and smelled of nothing but weed. I told the dude that called to tell me they were 30 min early that that was an inconvenience for me. However, mentioned to him that some of the boxes may need repacking. Asked if I needed to repack those or if they had boxes. He clearly stated, NO, we have all that. They will take care of that!! Lies! Showed up asking me to put one of the 75" TVs in my car because he couldn't put it in the UHAUL THEY BROUGHT because it had metal floors. NOT A PROFESSIONAL TRUCK. A UHAUL!! I had to keep opening the door for them as they were moving stuff out. I asked if he had bungee cords and his response was... "OH, yeah. I'll bring them back up when I come back." The dude used my hair tie to keep the door open. THIS COMPANY ISN'T PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND COMPLETE TRASH!!! RUN!!! THIS IS A SIDE HUSSLE. NOT A PROFESSIONAL MOVING COMPANY. BROKE ALL BUT A FEW OF MY DISHES. Then asked if i had a broom so he could clean it up. THEY USED A TEAR IN MY MATTRESS AS A HANDLE TO CARRY MY STUFF UP THE STAIRS. JUST A NIGHTMARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please, DO NOT USE MARK WITH HOME MOVERS. The movers were GREAT VERY FRIENDLY. However I did have a piece of furniture that was brand new and it was broken on transfer. I called MARK the owner of the company and he had a very bad attitude very sarcastic and was not helpful with solving any issue. when the movers arrive I was questionable because of the UNSAFE truck that was provided for the movers. Also I called the company when they arrived because someone answered the phone and told me the name was Jason so I wanted to make sure I was dealing with the right company I called MARK I said well I was speaking to a JASON he instantly had an attitude and was like “I DONT have to TELL THE MOVERS who answer my PHONE” when I was only trying to make sure everything was correct. as stated lovers were great. TRUCK WAS IN AWEFUL CONDITION, MARK should be dinged for having anyone working in a truck with very poor condition. MARK or JASON whomever is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Next step DOT & Better Business Bureau..

Please do not use this company the movers were good with the move but they damaged my furniture,and when I contacted the owner he blocked me on Facebook…I will be taking them to small claims court…the floors in my apartment was just put down and they ripped the vinyl,they broke the leg on my dresser and they dropped my table and damaged it along with other pieces chipped off my table!!!
