It has been over 30 days with no response to the damages his movers caused to my refrigerator and furniture. He actually blocked my number so now I will move forward with legal action. I tried to do things civilly but he isn't willing to do what needs to be done. Don't use them your furniture will be damaged.

Beware. We booked a move and when we asked for proof of liability and cargo insurance they refused to provided. Stayed “people file false claims.” Also stayed the state of Texas requires them to have it. I’m sure they do but they also require people to have driver’s license and car insurance but many people don’t. The next company I called had no problem providing it.Never hire a company or contractor that won’t provide proof of insurance. Even when they provide a certificate contact the carrier or agent to verify coverage hasn’t lapsed.

The worst that I have found. They will reserve your time, not show up and then block you after the time frame so you can't complain ? ?. I scheduled with Angie list because they ghosted me. It is legal time!

RUN, RUN, RUN!! Do NOT use this moving company. They broke up a lot of my furniture, and items I can’t replace as they were gifts. One of the movers showed up in flip flops and the other one was drunk and I had to call my brother because I felt threatened. He said he fresh out of prison. The owner of the company when I called him was extremely unconcerned. I’ve learned being CHEAP can be expensive. Don’t let that $65 an hour fool you!!! Background checks are NOT ran on their employees and the owner is extremely unprofessional. You have been warned.

I figure it's worth mentioning that they did not fit all my stuff in the truck after being told multiple times it would all fit. I'm not one to haggle and argue but I asked for a call and at least you could have done that. So not only did it take your guys forever but I'm in rush hour traffic going to to get the rest of my stuff after $500+ and still tipped your guys because regardless of their speed, I know it's hard work. I know it's hard work because my partner and I had to help or it would’ve taken longer. $265 for the first two hours when your guys didn't have tools, I had to unhook the washer and dryer, take apart the bunk bed, help carry a washer down stairs and supply your guys with water because they had no cooler on their truck. If I'm paying a 4 hour minimum charge (2 guys 2 hours= your $265 minimum) then I expect tools, some pep in their step and not to supply hydration for your employees. I don't mind the 1/2 case of water, it's not the money, it’s the principle. I'm sure you won't refund any part of it and that's your prerogative. I will say that your guys were friendly and polite which I definitely appreciate. Lastly, my sons brand new $1000 bunk bed is scratched up because they didn't have moving blankets.

During the move a lot of my items were thrown on the ground and I found pieces of my furniture around my apartment. I address this with the movers and they told me I could file A report and the owner would get back to me.My couch was ruined with oil stains fromInside there moving truck , my entertainment center was broken on one side , my lamp was broken and my desk was damaged.Save yourself the headache and hire a different company ! You will get no response from the owner of this company as he is very unprofessional and clearly should not run a business.

STAY AWAY from these "Movers"! I hired them for our move this past Friday after seeing their ad on Facebook (265 for the 1st 2 hrs, then 65/hr after that). I call him the night before to confirm and he says he needs to reschedule the time from 9am to anywhere between 1pm and 3pm. He did this because their Thursday job was running behind and had to finish it Friday morning so my reservation needed to be pushed back. Ok fine, well 2pm on Friday comes around and I have not received any communication from them on the status. I called and got no answer. I text, no response. I call and text at 3pm and still no response. They Just straight up ignored me and Never showed up!! I ended up moving the majority of a 4 bedroom house myself. Crazy how people can run a business this way. Stay away from this company. It sounds like a great deal on paper but just hire a reputable professional and save yourself the headache. After reading their reviews I'm glad they never showed up. Most of their recent reviews in the last year end up getting their belongings destroyed, stolen or run into situations like mine. BEWARE!!!!!

I found these movers on FB Marketplace and scheduled a move. When someone called the day before my move I explained I’m so sorry I have to reschedule. Whomever the person was hung up on me mid sentence. I was trying to explain to them I had a death in my family and wanted to reschedule later in the week. I wasn’t canceling! That was rude, unprofessional, and by reading the reviews I’m glad I didn’t let this company move me.

Please do not use this company. I found Mark Molina on Fb scheduled a move with him. He had 2 black young dirty thug looking boys to move me they came with flip flops no moving uniform or tools they destroyed my king bed they couldn’t take it down all the way so I left the frame they destroyed my mattress and my 3700 glass dresser. When the movers where there I contacted mark twice asking for help he ignored me this was in Feb fast forward to today I see him make a post and I’m like that’s the guy who does bad business I called him out on it he blocked me didn’t even apologize. So he will be served in small claims court just for playing with me. Keep looking they will destroy your stuff o yeah they don’t even rap your stuff I used my blankets…. Do more then just leave a review take them to small claims court and make them pay double we have to teach these companies it’s not ok to take advantage of us this way. See you in court

Movers were late. Provided a time frame and then showed up late. Initially it was fine because we still had more packing to do. Two movers were super friendly and worked quickly. I have no issues with the two men that did the actual work. I paid over $500 which included tip. We provided water and then bought the men lunch. The “boss” randomly showed up at one point which was off-putting but I guess he was just checking in. After they left, I started finding screws and bolts all over the place and have been systematically searching for where they belong so I can replace them. Then my partner came over. He went to hook up my tv and realized the tv stand was broken. He tried to see if he could fix it but the actual material was snapped so there’s no fixing it. I understand things happen but the part that rubbed me the wrong way was that it was clearly broken and positioned in a way that I would not initially see it. We only saw the damage once it was turned to face the correct way. The movers had to have seen the damage and should have been upfront about it. There are a couple other items that are dinged but overall nothing that is too big of a deal. I originally found this company via Thumbtack app. I sent a message to report the damage. It took several days to hear back. I was texted by the manager from his iPhone. I sent images of the damage. He said he would talk to the “damages department” and get back to me. I was even able to provide him a link and pictures and cost of the original item. He finally got back to me and said he would give me 50% of the items value. I declined and said I would take 75% which would allow me to replace the item. He declined and has since stopped responding. He has an iPhone with read receipts on so I know he is getting my messages. Seriously poor customer care and shoddy business practices. Super disappointed. Just going to have to chalk it up to a loss. Make sure you thoroughly check out companies and reviews before you agree to work with them. I also kept and took screen shots of all correspondence and can provide those as well.
