Worst place to do taxes. W-2 filling. No write offs. This was straight forward. 2nd year in a row. HAVE 4 Different PEOPLE HELP YOU.Drive out to location for appointment they made with us only to be told after driving hour on a Saturday he can't stay and complete taxes. If you want to not get your refund back and have multiple trips to tax office and ,never talk to same person, take them 3 months to call you back still don't have answers then this is the place for you. Fyi I was asked to come back and a discount would be provided for this year's taxes. Guess what no one has any idea on that and they did taxes wrong again. Got letter from IRS AGAIN. Can not make this shit up.

I’m not sure what these people did but we had to pay a lot instead of receiving and they charged so much for barely any service. You’re much better off doing your taxes on your own or hiring a private accountant. Never going to use H&R again

The worst! I’ll never do my tax return there even again. Aurora screwed me over, I’m a single person and she charged me $350!! Plus she is very rude and she’ll make you feel so stupid just for asking questions about your own money that is being taxed. I don’t know how a company this big keep such rude unprofessional employeesI will never even use H&R Block again.
