I would give it a 0 if I could. They kept my second stimulus and refuse to give it to me. It went to their H&R account and told the IRS when we initiated a TRACER that it was deposited. Yea it was deposited but to their OWN account. Now everytime I try to call them to find out info their system seems to be DOWN. I am beyond frustrated. And will NEVER file with them ever again. I will make sure to tell people of how they stole my stimulus.
