This is family to me. I have dealt with mechanics for years and there's only a few I trust. My older Subaru has been babied by this repair shop, not only it my pos Tahoe and other friends cars and trucks. I trust this company with my family and friends. What else is there to say.. my car is back in action and they always help my family. In this crappy world you can't ask for anything more.

The engine light of my 2003 Highlander SUV was on. One O2 sensor was faulty, therefore couldn't pass the state inspection. I took the vehicle to a mobile mechanic and paid $200.00 for his labor (I provided the sensor). However, the engine light was still on after the new sensor was put on. Then I took the vehicle to Imperial Auto Services. Mr. Jack Cai (young but intelligent owner) and his staff inspected the vehicle carefully, and found out that the mobile mechanic replaced the wrong sensor (the mobile mechanic even didn't know which sensor was faulty). Mr. Cai's staff fixed the issue of engine light, and my vehicle passed the state inspection. Their pricing was truly fair. Amazing people work here!!! There was a street cat confined in my car. I wasn't sure if the cat came out or not. Dropped my car here, they lifted my car, checked everywhere and make sure the cat was gone. In the end, they didn't even charge me. The manager said there were lots of street cats in that area, and they felt bad for these cats, so most people work here adopted a cat. How loving is that!!! I feel grateful that people here are so trustworthy, professional and kind. I will come back for other services :)

Jack and his team at Imperial are by far the best mechanics I have ever encountered. Professional and beaming with integrity and honesty. You just can not find honest mechanics these days, but you can at Imperial!
After being quoted an outlandish amount at a local shop I took the recommendation of my boss and called Jack. His team cut the amount by 4x, saving me hundreds on unnecessary overpriced work. Honesty! Integrity!

I've used this auto shop for many years now. My sisters and parents are also loyal customers. I still drive here even though I've moved out of the area due to the high quality of the work performed. Took our Cadillac to them bc our air went out. Took it to them the same day. They called us back and said there was a leak and two more things that needed to be fixed. We tell them COOL fix it. They say 300. COOL right? Nope. They call us back the next day say they fixed what they said was needed to be fixed and say we need a fan. Well how is it u didnt know it was the fan yesterday. The lady who said she was the owner has an attitude. We are questioning why would yall just now see this? She gets mad and says we wont charge u the 300. We go and pick up our car. We take it another mechanic. He says no new fan is needed ? but thats what Imperial said. He says the leak that they claimed they fixed. Not fixed at all. So at this time its looking very suspect. They didnt fix anything which they claim we got free services and the fan never even needed to be replaced. Seems suspicious. Be careful when dealing with this company. Everybody having hard times. We dont need NO companies trying to get extra unjust money.
